Accommodation is arranged over 3 floors at Villa Jasmine, with a large open plan living space on the middle floor to make the most of the incredible views that the properties location allows. Large floor to ceiling windows offer dramatic and quite awe inspiring views of the landscape, sea and Patara beach. Sunlight floods into the living area, and the early morning sun and sunset particularly, create a very nice ambience in which to relax. The living area comprises 2 areas of lounge seating, with coffee tables, kitchen, dining area, and cloakroom with stairs to the floor above.
A large screen LCD television with Satellite channels and DVD player, as well as wireless internet, a B&W Ipod docking station and a selection of CD's/DVD's and board games provide entertainment and keep you in touch when required. There is also a telescope to look at the views in more detail, and local artworks give the living area a warm, stylish and contemporary feel.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with granite worktops, and is exceptionally well equipped. The appliances are German and include a dishwaher and microwave. A gas hob will also appeal to those serious about cooking.
The dining area, like everywhere in the living space has lovely views, and comfortably seats 8. A cloakroom completes the living accommodation.
Access to the property is via the top floor, with the expanse of glass over 2 floors and views beyond providing a dramatic and stunning first impression. A central hall with 2 leather swivel chairs and floor mounted lighting feels very cool and contemporary, off which the master bedroom suite and Bedroom 2 are located. These bedrooms on the top floor of Villa Jasmine offer extremely spacious and beautifully appointed ensuite accommodation. Both have large furnished balconies with lovely views and high quality furnishings. The master bedroom also has a fitted dressing area and safe. On the ground floor, 2 further spacious double ensuite bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and terraces. They also have furnished terraces and lovely views to the sea, mountains and Patara beach.
Outside, the dining and swimming pool terraces are beautifully furnished, and offer much more privacy than a villa in central Kalkan. Extensive planting add colour and fragrance to this lovely space and the private infinity swimming pool is just a few steps away. At dusk, imaginative and clever lighting transform the feel of Villa Jasmine, and set the mood for an unforgettable evening ahead and each villa has a parking space right outside the property.
