Townhouse Manzara offers guests a high standard of beautifully furnished Kalkan accommodation, and spectacular views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands. Townhouse Manzara is contemporary, light and airy, set in beautiful surroundings, with Mediterranean views from the terrace, private swimming pool, balcony and window. Large French doors let light flood the property and open up the sea views. Fully air-conditioned with private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with the double height living room giving a feeling of space and light. The first floor consists of a twin bedroom with triple wardrobe, full length mirror and a balcony offering stunning views of the sea and islands. The adjacent tiled shower room has a heated towel rail and marble mosaic flooring. Comfortable seating which extends to a double sofabed on the mezzanine gallery, makes the most of the space with large windows to enjoy the sea views.
Downstairs on the ground floor is a light open plan living area comprising fully equipped kitchen, and living area with flat screen tv and full length glass doors which open onto the swimming pool terrace. A large shower room with marble mosaic flooring & heated towel rail is located between the living area and master bedroom. The adjacent double bedroom has ample wardrobe space with full length mirror and doors leading out to the swimming pool terrace which also open up beautiful views of the Mediterranean.
Step outside and there is a lovely shaded area with rattan dining table and six chairs, a great place to enjoy alfresco dining and the views. There is a decking area by the private pool with lounging furniture to enable our guests to soak up the sun in comfort.
In addition guests have use of a clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking the 25M communal infinity swimming pool & Mediterranean beyond. Kalkan's Old Town with restaurants, shops, beach & harbour is around a 3-4 minute drive from LaVanta, so we would recommend car hire, or the bus service*.
*There is a daily bus service to Kalkan's Old Town, Patara & Kaputas beach. There is also a weekly service to Saklikent, Xanthos & Fethiye.
