Villa Oceanic is a beautiful front line Kalkan holiday villa offering uninterrupted views of the Turquoise coast. Located on the new upmarket LaVanta resort built by Mediterra, renowned for the quality of their Holiday home developments and outstanding locations, Villa Oceanic offers guests a high standard of villa accommodation, and quite spectacular views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands. Villa Oceanic feels contemporary, light airy and spacious, and with sea views from every terrace, balcony and window, and large French doors on the ground floor that extend the living area to the garden and pool beyond, this property in our opinion is perfect for a relaxing Kalkan holiday in lovely surroundings. The Villa is fully air-conditioned,with private infinity swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 twin and one double on the first floor and the open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining and living areas on the ground floor. A double sofabed in the living area extends to accommodate a further 2 guests. Villa Oceanic has been designed to make the most of the sea views it's position affords, with large French doors that bring the outside in, and give easy access to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Beautiful outside furniture on the shaded terrace offer the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation.
Lavanta Villa Oceanic offers well furnished outside space with open sea views, and a private infinity swimming pool with sunbathing terrace. A shaded terrace off the living area is furnished with high quality dining and lounging furniture and the gardens beyond are planted to grass with Terracotta pots, bougainvillea and other native Mediterranean planting. There is parking right outside the villa.
Guests also have use of a clubhouse restaurant and bar overlooking the 25M communal infinity swimming pool & Mediterranean beyond. Kalkan's Old Town with restaurants, shops, beach & harbour is around a 3-4 minute drive from LaVanta, so we would recommend car hire, or the bus service*.
*There is a daily bus service to Kalkan's Old Town, Patara & Kaputas beach. There is also a weekly service to Saklikent, Xanthos & Fethiye.
