Kalkan Apartment Chez Nous is part of the new LaVanta resort built by Mediterra, renowned for the quality of their holiday home developments and outstanding locations. Chez Nous offers a high standard of Kalkan accommodation for up to 6 guests with quite spectacular views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands and we are delighted to include this property in our collection.
This property is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and provides all the facilities you would expect of a modern Kalkan holiday apartment. The open plan living area consists of a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal, including fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room with a comfortable red sofa bed extending the guest capacity to 6. The full length glass doors let in plenty of light and opening them up extends the space onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and islands. The terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers for relaxing and a beautiful rattan table and chairs, giving the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining.
The twin bedroom with full length mirror and wardrobe also connects to the fully furnished terrace and enjoys wonderful sea views. There is a tiled shower room with heated towel rail and beautiful marble mosaic flooring, and a further W/C. The master bedroom has 2 double wardrobes with sliding doors and also boasts stunning Mediterranean and mountain views with access via glass doors to the terrace.
Guest have use of a clubhouse restaurant and bar overlooking the 25M communal infinity swimming pool & Mediterranean beyond. Kalkan's Old Town with restaurants, shops, beach & harbour is around a 3-4 minute drive from LaVanta, so we would recommend car hire, or the bus service*.
*There is a daily bus service to Kalkan's Old Town, Patara & Kaputas beach. There is also a weekly service to Saklikent, Xanthos & Fethiye.
Kalkan Apartment Chez Nous is fully air-conditioned, benefits from mosquito nets on all windows and is in a great location in close proximity to the large communal pool. Parking is available outside the apartment.
