Its location in the recently developed LaVanta resort, on a beautiful peaceful hillside, maximising the impact of the panoramic sea and mountain views. Kalkan centre is just 3-4 minutes away by car and the famous sandy beach of Patara, with its historical sites, is only a short drive.
Apartment Violetta is a first floor apartment and offers light, airy accommodation, furnished in a contemporary style. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to four guests, with one double bedroom and a double sofabed in the living area.
The double bedroom has ample storage space with a double wardrobe and double chest of drawers. Large glass doors with wooden shutters open up to a Juliet style balcony which floods the bedroom with sunlight and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands. There is a tiled shower room with heated towel rail and beautiful marble mosaic flooring and just outside is a space for the washer/dryer.
The open plan living area is modern and contemporary and comprises a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining table with four chairs and the living area is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and comfortable seating.
Glass doors lead out from the open plan living area to a furnished balcony, complete with spectacular sea views, a lovely place to relax during the day, or watch the sunset in the evening.
There is a clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking the 25M communal infinity swimming pool & Mediterranean beyond, plus a small kiosk selling essentials on the resort. Kalkan's Old Town with restaurants, shops, beach & harbour is around a 3-4 minute drive from LaVanta, so we would recommend car hire, or the bus service*.
*There is a daily bus service to Kalkan's Old Town, Patara & Kaputas beach. There is also a weekly service to Saklikent, Xanthos & Fethiye.
Apartment Violetta is in close proximity to the large communal pool, has parking right outside and is the perfect base for a Turkey holiday.
