Kalkan 'Villa Bethany' is a beautiful 2 bedroom Kalkan apartment offering spectacular Mediterranean views and a private swimming pool and garden giving it the feel of a private villa. Villa Bethany is furnished to a high standard, fully air-conditioned, contemporary and offers spacious living accommodation in beautiful surroundings with sea views from the bedrooms and outside terrace. Villa Bethany is a ground floor apartment giving easy access, with parking available right outside.
The open plan living area consists of a fully fitted kitchen, dining seating for 6 and lounge area displaying local artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped, including all the appliances you would expect from a modern holiday home and a comprehensive range of kitchenware, ideal for those who like to cook or entertain. The lounge area consists of a flat screen tv, dvd player, a variety of new, good quality childrens toys for younger guests and comfortable modern sofas, with one extending out to a sofa bed to accommodate a further 2 guests. Full length glass doors open up onto the outside terrace giving views out to sea and flooding light into the living area.
There are two contemporary furnished bedrooms with stunning sea views; one double and one twin, which has the option of being made into a double if required. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, with an additional clothes storage facility in the lounge. Suitable bed linen for the appropriate season is provided. Large glass doors lead out from the twin and double bedrooms to the outside terrace and private swimming pool.
Step out to the outside terrace, and you will feel like you are in pure bliss with a private swimming pool, garden complete with beautiful planting and shrubbery, a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun during the day. There is a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and guests also have the added luxury of a private outdoor shower. When the sun goes down, Al Fresco dining can be enjoyed under the shaded terrace, with high quality outside dining furniture.
In addition guests have use of a clubhouse restaurant and bar overlooking the 25M communal infinity swimming pool & Mediterranean beyond. Kalkan's Old Town with restaurants, shops, beach & harbour is around a 3-4 minute drive from LaVanta, so we would recommend car hire, or the bus service*.
*There is a daily bus service to Kalkan's Old Town, Patara & Kaputas beach. There is also a weekly service to Saklikent, Xanthos & Fethiye.
Villa Bethany is located at the end of the development, with neighbouring apartments to one side and above. As well as use of the private swimming pool, guests staying at Kalkan Villa Bethany also have access to the large communal pool situated on the LaVanta resort.
