Arranged over two floors, the accommodation comprises a large double aspect lounge with sea views through French doors, an open plan kitchen and dining area, again with double French doors, which give access to the pool terrace. The hallway is cleverly designed to reveal the views and open up to the covered dining area outside.
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances and marble counter tops, will satisfy even the most accomplished cooks, and there is a washer and dryer to take care of laundry. A downstairs shower room/toilet completes the ground floor living space.
The property is entered at first floor level, and as the door opens, the most incredible views of the Mediterranean are revealed through glass doors that lead to the large wooden balcony off the hall, that serves both of the principal bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a light spacious double aspect room, with cool stone flooring, seaview balcony and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is also a spacious double, with a seaview balcony, and shares the family bathroom with a third twin bedroom.
