This beautiful villa offers a welcome feeling of space as soon as you arrive.  The ground floor accommodation is flooded with light from three huge sliding doors which offer the option of effectively extending your living space into the outside. The design of the villa and its situation within its plot means that you can see everything that's going on at any time whether you are inside or outside, this is of particular comfort when holidaying with young children.  Internal and external walls have some feature stonework which adds character to the villa and throughout the main living areas the flooring is a warm creamy travertine stone finish. The following is a summary of the three-floor air-conditioned accommodation which is all newly furnished:

The ground floor comprises an airy open-plan living space incorporating cream kitchen in one corner with dining space and a really spacious lounge area with TV/DVD corner.  Downstairs cloaks are situated near the main entranceway.

On the second floor are two en suite bedrooms, one master with double bed and the second with twin beds.  These two rooms each have a separate access via double doors to a really large shared balcony with views to the mouth of Kalkan Bay in one direction and also uphill towards Kalamar Bay with an olive grove nearby.

Floor three has a really huge master suite with a really generous dressing area, spacious bathroom with corner Jacuzzi and unhindered views of the bay plus its own private terrace.  This is a really luxurious getaway area at the top of the villa. The villa's private pool and terraces are all situated to the front of the villa and have wonderful open views across olive groves down to the Mediterranean and right across to Mouse and Snake Island and the entrance to Kalkan bay. The swimming pool is a real feature of the property with ample space around it for sunbathing, playing, reading, al fresco dining and the villa is so close to hand if you need anything. Outdoor eating is a real pleasure at the lovely dining table in the shade outside the kitchen/living areas.  The garden areas are planted with lovely lush green shrub borders and planters.
