Getting the most from your Turquoise Coast holiday

The Turquoise Collection works closely with local people to give our guests easy access to what we consider the best amenities in the area, often at preferential rates and where possible without charge. We understand how useful local knowledge can be, and provide extensive pre-departure information as well as a folder in our accommodation to help you get the most from the area and your holiday.

Effective and unobtrusive service is an important aspect of what we offer our guests. We wish to provide a holiday experience that enables our guests to relax completely, where help is always near at hand if required, and the details have been taken care of.

Joanna Bates leads our team in Turkey delivering customer service and ensuring high standards of property presentation. Joanna, herself a Kalkan property owner and Director of the business has a considerable knowledge of, and passion for the area. She is based in Kalkan throughout the season, to meet our guests, help with information, offer ideas, and resolve any problems that may arise. Jo is assisted by Sahra, Deniz, Mesut, Ayse, Mithat and Esen; our customer services staff in Turkey.

In the UK, Stephanie, Martin and Hollie provide information and assistance, respond to enquiries, and help with your holiday arrangements, including making car hire and transfer reservations for you. In fact they provide a wide range of pre-departure services to accommodate our guests' requests for anything from a Spa treatment booking to a restaurant reservation.
