Kalkan Villa Abriana is perfect for outside living. Large glass doors in the open plan living area let light flood into the property, open up views of the Mediterranean from two aspects and give access straight out to the pool and covered dining terrace. The extensive stone mosaic terrace offers plenty of space to sunbathe around the pool, dine under the shade of the dining terrace, barbecue or find a shady spot to enjoy a good book and the incredible views. This beautiful Kalkan villa offers a welcome feeling of space as soon as you arrive. The ground floor accommodation is flooded with light from three huge sliding doors which offer the option of effectively extending your living space into the outside. The design of the villa and its situation within its plot means that you can see everything that's going on at any time whether you are inside or outside, this is of particular comfort when holidaying with young children. Internal and external walls have some feature stonework which adds character to the villa and throughout the main living areas the flooring is a warm creamy travertine stone finish.
The ground floor comprises an airy open-plan living space incorporating cream kitchen in one corner with dining space and a really spacious lounge area with TV/DVD. Downstairs cloaks are situated near the main entrance.
On the second floor are two en suite bedrooms; one double and the second with twin beds. These two rooms each have separate access via double doors to a really large shared balcony with views to the mouth of Kalkan Bay in one direction and also uphill towards Kalamar Bay with an olive grove nearby.
