Brand new for 2010, Villa Acorri is built by Kalkan’s leading construction company and will be ready to welcome guests in May 2010. It will be built to an exceptionally high standard offering luxurious living both inside and out. This new villa will be well furnished in a contemporary style.

Built over four floors, Villa Acorri offers 3 bedrooms all with ensuite, a large wrap around roof terrace plus an additional sofa bed, extending the capacity to 8 guests.
At around 50 square metres, the large open plan living area on the ground floor, comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with large LCD flat screen tv. Light floods into the living area through 3 large glass doors which lead directly onto the outside terrace and open up views of the Mediterranean. Further windows around the kitchen bring in extra light.
The first and second floors comprise two large bedrooms, both around 20 square metres. Full length glass doors, light up the room and give stunning sea views across the bay. Through the glass doors are a large circular private terrace on the first floor and a large balcony on the second; ideal places to relax and take in the breath taking views.
Located on the roof floor of Villa Acorri is the master bedroom suite. The bedroom of around 15 square metres has possibly the best feature of the whole property. Leading out from the double doors is a large wrap around roof terrace with stunning sea views. This terrace is an ideal place to sunbathe during the day, and for your whole party to gather in the evenings to relax and watch the sun go down.
The large outside space incorporates a dining terrace and large private freshwater swimming pool complete with sea views. The garden areas are planted with lush green shrub borders and planters. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and sunbeds, comfortable cushions, umbrellas for shade and The Turquoise Collection beach towels are supplied for the use of our guests.
