Angora Apartment is just a few minutes walk to a small supermarket and local restaurants along the Kalamar road, while the busy centre of Kalkan and the stunning harbour is just a further 15 minutes. Built to a contemporary design with a high specification, this apartment will meet the expectations of the most discerning guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The ground floor open plan living area is bright and spacious with several glass patio doors opening on the sizeable sun terrace and private pool. The fitted kitchen is equipped to meet all requirements and includes a large fridge freezer, integrated oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine and microwave.
The secluded outside space is exclusive to guests staying at the Angora apartment and the sizeable freshwater pool is set into a spacious stone patio. The patio is furnished with white rattan furniture including dining table and chairs, sun loungers for each guest and parasols.
There are 2 large en-suite bedrooms on this floor.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, built in wardrobe and bedside cabinets offering plenty of storage space. This bedroom has stunning double aspect views through the full height picture windows and glass doors leading to the two spacious balconies overlooking the tranquil olive groves and breath taking Taurus mountains. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. A hairdryer and straighteners are also supplied.
The second bedroom is also en-suite twin room with fitted wardrobe and drawer space. This bedroom also has full height picture windows and glass doors leading to its own balcony overlooking the olive groves and Taurus mountains.
Outside the apartment:
- The apartment has its own terrace featuring a large pool (for sole use).
- There are ample sun-loungers and parasols provided, together with a dining table and chairs.
