visitors the chance to holiday in sumptuous luxury and space, all

Kalkan has grown to become one of the most exclusive holiday
resorts in Turkey in recent years. The beaches in and around
the Kalkan offer a wide range of activities from water skiing,
diving and speed boat trips, to mountain biking, horse riding and
para-gliding. While providing all of this, the area
has retained its delightful old town, where narrow lanes are
lined by whitewashed houses strewn with bougainvillea, showing that
even as the area has developed into a tourist hotspot, it has kept
its history and culture well intact.
The Asfiya Sea View Hotel itself offers 34 boutique suites, all
of which exude quality and comfort with high standard services and
amenities. As well as this, visitors will of course be enjoying the
sensational views that every suite has to offer of Kalkan Bay, a
sight that will never be forgotten and has brought visitors back
year after year.
All Private Pool Rooms offer:
- King sized beds with fine linen.
- En-suite shower rooms
- Bathrobes and slippers.
- Private terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
- Satellite enabled LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and
- Tea and coffee making facilities.
- Direct access to a private swimming pool.
Other facilities and services include:
- Five minute walk to the stylish Yali Beach Club.
- Sun bathing terraces with comfortable loungers surrounding the
pool which provide views of the Bay.
- A bar close to the pool with a separate dining area.
- A separate restaurant with stunning views of the Mediterranean
Sea, serving a variety of dishes.
- Free on-site parking.

"We had a fabulous trip! We really cant wait to return!"
Asfiya Seaview is superbly located to take in the views, give access to the Yali Beach Club or more direct approach to the harbour but is also equidistant to the top of the main street of Kalkan so that you approach the bars and restaurants from the top down.. you have a choice! The staff are charming, attentive and those that speak English are really good fun to share time with as you choose. Lovely property and we shall return.
The staff were outstanding!
We had a fabulous trip! We really cant wait to return.
I'm glad I've joined the Kalkan club and can't wait to be there again so I can say it's not my first time!! Many thanks to you and The Turquoise Collection team for making the holiday easy to arrange and for the encouragement to book Kalkan!

Just had a great 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Have stayed in Kalkan many times at the previous Asfiya and it was great to be back, but in a new amazing hotel. The rooms are modern and bright with fantastic sea views. The swimming pool was of a good size, and due to a lot of rooms having their own pools, it was never too busy. The food served at the hotel was of excellent quality, both lunch and in the evening. For a lovely relaxing holiday look no further.
Fabulous hotel, fabulous resort.
I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Asfiya and it was made very special.
I cannot recommend the hotel or resort enough and am already planning our next holiday for 2016.
Rooms with private pools are worth the money
Our first visit to Kalkan, in fact our first to Turkey and we've thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Asfiya Sea View is only a couple of years old in a row of new developments and has been well thought through. There are 3 types of room: Room with balcony, room with swim up pool and rooms with private pool. We had Room 406, one of the 4 swim up pool rooms. It's tucked away at the end and is fairly quiet. Beautifully furnished and equipped with a TV (that we haven't used), kettle and good air conditioning.
The staff are all really friendly and helpful with all the visible staff being male and the cleaning staff female, something we took a while to get used to in the hotel and resort.
As we had a swim up room the pool is just outside. It's bigger than it appears at first and is a decent size.
The terrace has a brilliant view over the bay and it's about a 10 minute walk into Kalkan and 10 minutes to the Yali beach club that the hotel has a concession with. On both of these the walk back is uphill.
Breakfast is good with plenty of yoghurt, fruit, cereal, bread/toast, cheese & olives and an egg bar. There have been criticisms by some reviewers of the breakfasts but we didn't understand why.
The hotel has started an evening restaurant this year with live music on Wednesday nights. We ate here on our first evening and on a Wednesday. The food's fine but they need to work on their marketing a bit as it's pretty quiet.
Overall a great experience. We tend not to return as there's too much of the world to see but we'd happily come back to both Kalkan and the Asfiya and recommend both.

we stayed here for 3 nights from the 22nd of August and it was fabulous. The rooms are bright, spacious and really clean. The staff are all really friendly and one morning it was our friends birthday and the waiter saw her open some cards and the next thing they brought her a huge fruit platter with a happy birthday message written in chocolate. The dinner here was delicious and the portions were huge and everything was served on really unusual plates (maybe a bit too big but tasty all the same). The pool loungers are the most comfortable I've ever been on and the tunes round the pool were great. We asked for a late check out and as our rooms were not booked out for that night they didn't charge us (never had that before) I would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone and as it's only a 15 minute walk down to Kalkan, it's a perfect location (the walk home if you miss the taxis is quite steep though so not good for the older generation). All in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. Thank you for an amazing stay.
Luxury from start to finish
We arrived during the early hours of the morning and were made to feel very welcome. The air conditioned room was just what we needed and this was our haven to escape during the hottest part of the day. Unlike a lot of hotels the air conditioning stays on 24/7 if required. Our room was perfect as it had direct access to the main swimming pool as our 5 year old could chill out in the room if required, whilst we could soak up the suns rays on the terrace. The pool was never overly busy, surprising as the sun beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and the staff very friendly. They really wanted to do everything to make the holiday run smoothly.
Lovely hotel, staff really helpful and friendly, rooms very comfortable and modern with showers in the rooms! Ok for a couple but not perfect for a sister and brother sharing.
The pool was perfect and extremely comfortable sun beds the sea view is magnificent from all parts & rooms in the hotel. The breakfast was very good with freshly cooked eggs anyway you wanted. The food at lunch and dinner was delicious but served on very unusual plates & wooden boards that we felt were a bit gimmicky & not necessary!
Had a fantastic holiday and recommend highly the hotel and its staff.

A Turkish Delight
What do you want from a hotel when on holiday? Great location? Clean room with comfy bed and great shower? Well padded sunbeds on which to lay whilst admiring the magnificent sea view? Friendly staff that ensure your every needs are met? Or is food your number 1? Well this boutique hotel has it all! Having only been open for just a year, Adem, the Manager, is extremely hands on and listens to his guests. He has a great team - Hakan, Volkan, Gurkan and Can to name a few.
At present the bar is under used but I can assure you that Volkan is a very professional barman and mixes fantastic cocktails. The Restaurant is also under used but does have stiff competition from the lure of the Village. All I can say is, that over the 18yrs that we have been visiting Kalkan, we experienced some of our best meals ever at this hotel.
We are really looking forward to a return visit to the Asfiya Sea View, and hopefully very soon!
It is a very good boutique hotel in Kalkan. Quite and clean. Staff are wonderful and freindly. It is bed &breakfast hotel but there is good seaview restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is small but delicious open buffet. We have stayed in number 401. There is small private pool in front of the room. There are rooms with balcony as well. Mostly British tourists prefer this hotel & Kalkan. They have beach club as well. We went to the beach by our car. But the sea is perfect! You can have lunch over there. If I go to Kalkan again I will prefer Asfiya Sea View again.
Amazing sea views
I have just returned from a wonderful weeks holiday at the Asfiya Sea View hotel, where the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is perfect with a 10 minute walk into the bustling town and a 5 minute walk to the Yali Beach Club. I can't wait to go back next year.

2 weeks at this faboulas hotel
Just had 2 weeks at the asfiya sea view.beautifull small hotel.the staff are fantasic.very helpful.it has a very boutique beach feel to it.we would definitely go again.great views from the balcony .we had a top floor room which you get the best views of the bay.the lower down the rooms you get more of the pool view and plus the bay but not the panoramic view as having a top floor room.all rooms are facing the sea.if you also like a little shade on the balcony to sit out on late evening the top floor is for you as rooms round the pool have sun all day but are not private.less than 10 minutes to walk into the old town.faboulas hotel.x

AN EDGE BEYOND UNIQUE IN TURKEY
We once said that we never go back to the same town twice but we have broken our word. Kalkan is a gourmet paradise with so many rooftop restaurants the choice is incredible and it loured us back..
The Asfia Seaview Hotel is a new hotel with about all you will need for a quality holiday.
Most has been said and I cannot add to the complmenting comments. All are true.
We always holiday with style and when we stayed here we experienced the same cleanliness and room facilaties as we always expect.
Breakfast however you like it Fab.
Pool inviting and well maintaned..don't expect Olypic style, just right for social swimmers
There are many steps at this hotel so if you are not so mobile it can be a problem.
There is a lift if you need it.
The bar lacks some soul but down town Kalkan has it all.
Staff are friendly and courteous.
Be confident when booking this Hotel it has an edge of class but doesn't break the bank to stay there.
The swim up rooms are great ..champers on the terrace on the luxury loungers..Just what you need for a defrag of the mind.
Go for it but don't tell anyone.. keep it chilled

Location, ambience and facilities - a winner
We wanted a week to switch off in the sun, the Asfiya was a perfect setting. The room was large, bright and very clean. The pool allowed one to actually swim and the sundeck was great with well padded loungers! Staff very pleasant and welcoming. All in all a great venue.
Lovely hotel, staff excellent and very friendly. Sunbeds very comfortable. I can recommend the restaurant, it's a pity that they do not promote it, one of the best meals in Kalkan this year. I have been visiting for many years. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. I will return. Lovely swimming pool.
This is a wonderful Hotel, all the rooms are sea facing and have a breath taking view, which is amazing to wake up to, the rooms are spotless, and beautiful. The food is the best I've ever had, and presented stunningly. The staff could not do enough for us, Volkan, Can, Hakan and Gurkan were fantastic, myself my husband and two friends cannot rate this hotel enough, and plan to visit again soon. Oh and the beds around the pool are so comfortable you don't want to leave them.

Amazing place to stay
Our third time in 15 months at this hotel which says it all! The view of the bay is stunning from every room , breakfasts are excellent with plenty of choice but service can be slow (never mind the food and view are great). The staff are polite and can't do enough for you and especially Adem the manager and Emre on reception who were always smiling and made you feel very special made our holiday even better. Our sixth time in Kalkan and we would certainly go back there and to this hotel
F A B U L O U S !!
Always used to stay at the old Asfiya, but as it is now closed & about to be converted into apartments, decided to stay at the newly opened Asfiya Sea View instead. What a gorgeous hotel! The views were amazing, the rooms, modern & spacious with plenty of mirrors & electric points in all the right places!! The restaurant had an amazing chef who was trained in Italian cuisine, so if you go, try the prawn or scallop risotto - they were both delicious! Adem, the manager, who also use to be at the old Asfiya, runs a really great hotel; he's got a really good sense of humour & always gives his guests the best customer service. He deserves a medal!

What a great find the Asfiya Sea View Hotel in Kalkan was - a real little gem in a magnificent part of the world! We stayed the second week in June for 7 nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by very friendly reception staff and the manager and promptly shown to our room. We stayed in 203 - a second floor room - which was great, and offered breathtaking views of the bay and glimpses of the old town from our large balcony. The beds are huge and comfortable, with hard and soft pillows.. You get a very decent nights sleep here! We loved the shower and bathroom - modern but functional - and the recessed ceiling lighting was very cool. Plenty of storage space too and 2 bar fridges! Rooms were cleaned daily and nice clean towels and a bottle of water provided.
The pool area is very nice.. I have to say that the sunbeds are the most comfortable I have ever seen (I was woken up for snoring several times!).. They are quite close together, but not really a problem.. Again, breathtaking views of the bay no matter where you are sitting.. The pool itself is lovely and a nice temperature, and is around 1.5m deep throughout.. Clean towels were provided daily and there was minimal hogging of sunbeds.. Access to the bar, restaurant and toilets is superb. There was always a good atmosphere in and around the pool - always someone to chat to (and no kids :-) ).
We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant at night unfortunately.. Others we talked to said the food was first class though. We did have lunch there a few times and it was very very good. Breakfasts were OK only - I ended up having eggs on toast every morning!
The location of the hotel is ideal. It's a leisurely 10 minute stroll into town or to the marina down a very safe lane past some villas etc. But being where it is, there's the added bonus of views of both the sea and the old town. There is a taxi rank literally minutes from the hotel too if you don't always fancy the walk. One thing to note is that we walked back quite late on a couple of occasions and the lane was pitch black, but we still felt safe.
So, overall, this hotel is top notch in my opinion and you can't really go wrong here.
This is a superb hotel. Staff , food, in fact everything 5*. We had a pool suite and would highly recommend if you like your privacy. We could have been in a villa! The restaurant has superb views and the food is excellent.....nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. It's within walking distance of restaurants, beach and an excellent beach club. We would definitely re book

First class hotel with fantastic views of the bay
Just returned from a weeks holiday at the new Asfiya Sea View which was really relaxing. We had a lovely room with fantastic views over the bay with good service and a friendly unstuffy atmosphere. The hotel is also in a great location just a few minutes walk from the old town and restaurants down a quiet road. We have previously stayed at other hotels in Kalkan including the Lykia but would definitely recommend and return to the Asfiya Sea View it has a really nice atmosphere and the manager and staff are welcoming and friendly
