Elif Apartment Elmas is a 3-bedroom apartment with interior spaces furnished in a modern style. The kitchen is well equipped (also has a water cooler) and the large private pool & spacious terrace area are located within a large private walled garden and additional outside seating area. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests and in a great location just 10 minutes' walk to Kalkan's old town. This is arranged over 2 floors, Apartment Elmas offers over 1,000 square feet of living space.
Ground floor
The open plan living space on the ground floor comprises of a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces. Two of the apartment's three bedrooms are also on this level. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with glass doors leading out onto the pool terrace. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with glass doors leading out onto the pool terrace. A separate shower room serves both bedrooms.
First floor
Bedroom three is the master bedroom is a double room and features a nicely appointed en-suite bathroom with a wet room shower and a furnished balcony which provides plenty of space to sunbathe, relax and to enjoy the sea and mountain views with your morning coffee.
Outdoor space
Full width floor to ceiling glass doors opens from the living area onto a large private terrace and villa sized private pool. There is also a raised large, landscaped area with additional seating and a pergola. Offering as much space as many 3-bedroom villas, this apartment has a spectacular villa sized private swimming pool (size 10 x 4m) and sun terrace affording great mountain views and a large private garden. If your expectation of apartment holiday accommodation is sharing a pool and having less space than a villa in which to spread out and relax on holiday, think again! The apartment is set amidst olive groves and offers the compelling combination of great views and walking distance to town (approximately 12-15 minutes).
