What an amazing hotel. Our first visit to this hotel but I am sure it will not be our last. Views to die for, amazing food and impeccable staff who are so friendly from the cleaners to the managers. Sevi (the manageress) was brilliant. She was always around – checking to make sure we had everything we needed, serving afternoon tea and cakes (complimentary) two days a week and waving us off after our two blissful weeks. The pool is never crowded and you never need to reserve a sun bed as there are more than enough for everyone at the hotel. The peace and quiet was beyond expectations and we came away feeling refreshed and rested.

My husband and I have just returned from this wonderful hotel. Kalkan is everything we had hoped it would be, it is beautiful. Fab service here at the Lykia with Mohammed and Ibraham made our holiday such a pleasure. They could not have tried harder to make our stay a wonderful memory. The food is super, presentation and taste both delightful. Well done chef! We ate in several restaurants but The Lykia was the best. Kalkan is hilly so ladies high heels are not a great idea if you are walking! Lazy boat days are a must as is a visit to Saklikent Gorge…… Amazing place. Big Thanks to all at this Hotel, we will return!

A week in paradise!
a set of gorgeous apartments in a beautiful setting with stunning views AND a gorgeous restaurant! All the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. We had booked one of the Duplex suites which have their own private pools, spacious deck and gorgeous bedroom situated on the first floor with a huge, comfortable king bed. All the suites are secluded and private and you feel you are alone in a little bit of Turkish paradise! The deck has sun loungers, tables and chairs and there is even a comfy day-bed under a thatched shade if the sun gets to hot at midday. Meals in the restaurant were delicious and service was extremely proficient - for breakfast (included in our package), there is a huge choice of fruit, cereal, hot and cold meats, eggs, bread and juices. The evening menu is extensive with many Turkish traditional dishes and some international favourites too. The fish dishes were sublime! Throughout our stay, the staff could not do enough for us and show genuine concern... even when we got into a spot of trouble one evening in town, Ersin the manager helped us out. Although the complex is in a lovely quite location away from the main town, it is only five minutes walk into from Kalkan. The rooms were cleaned each day and cleanliness throughout the entire complex was first class. Our package included an air conditioned luxury transfer from and to the airport with complimentary cold juice and water. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Kalkan. Thank you!

Delicious food and luxurious accommodation
My partner and I stayed here for a week in October 2015 and we were very pleased with all aspects - from the suite we stayed in to the food and service offered by the restaurant and bar staff. The room was on two levels, with a living area, bathroom and terrace with plunge pool downstairs and a bedroom with balcony upstairs. We enjoyed panoramic sea views from both the terrace and the balcony. Apart from a bit of music on a couple of evenings, the hotel location was really peaceful. The food in the restaurant was really really good. At every meal we were offered complimentary appetisers. The grilled squid stuffed with halloumi and the leg of lamb were the best I have ever eaten! The staff are all really friendly and provide really attentive service. We were so lucky to have such a high quality restaurant as part of our accommodation.
My husband and I stayed there the first week of August and it was beautiful, but HOT! The hotel was amazing and we were very thankful for the AC. Having a private pool was a bonus, especially in the evening coming back from dinner and having a dip before bed. All the suites had beautiful. We were in Aurora and it had amazing views, but be warned there are over 85 steps to get there and in 40+ heat it is a workout. Some of the other suites in this category that are lower down are nice too, but the as we were higher up, it was more private and better views. The ones that are closest to the lobby are next to the generator, which came on a lot while we were there, so I suspect it might have been a bit noisy. The larger suites are closer to the lobby and they all looked amazing. The bed was comfortable, but we did ask for the extra bit of cushion on top, as it is very hard otherwise. Breakfast was amazing! Every day was similar, but there was always a surprise dish. The mixed omelette is very good and do try the cherry juice too. Delicious. The staff were amazing and friendly and not overbearing. They were really helpful and the hotel offers some great excursions. Book early when you get there, so you are not disappointed. The boat trip was excellent and worth paying a bit more than what you find in town to only have people from the Elixir properties on board. We ate at the restaurant one night and it worth it! There are a lot of restaurants in town which are excellent too (Fish Terrace & Sade for INCREDIBLE STEAK!), but it is really worth it to eat here! Quality is amazing and again service can't be beat. It is a shame that more people from town don't come here. The views are wonderful and again the service is tops. Beach club (no sand) is nice too. They are very friendly and the sea is so clear and clean to swim in. It is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there is a reserved area for our hotel. We had lunch there the days we went and were not disappointed. Staff here were great. We would book here again, just probably not during the intense heat of August. Everyone said June or September are the best. My only suggestion would be a shuttle into town, i.e. the top of the hill/restaurant area each night, especially during the heat. My husband could have used a shower every night we went out, by the time we walked to the restaurant. Ladies, don't bother bringing any heels! There is a dusty, dirt road to walk on to get to the town and then everything is very steep hills and cobblestones. So pack some glamours flats for going out.
My partner and I stayed in a loft apartment in June. I have delayed writing a report because I wanted to think about what element of our stay made it so special to us. As stated in many other reviews, food was great, the lofts comfortable and clean (cleaned daily by lovely smiling and cheerful ladies), the view wonderful and the whole experience totally relaxing. So, that one important element and main thing that makes this place special - is the staff. Ersin and his team are so wonderfully warm and welcoming - very professional in delivering second to none service in a friendly and good humoured manner. We felt that the staff took great pride and satisfaction in providing guests with a memorable holiday with them. Nothing was too much trouble - any queries dealt with and minor concerns solved (my partner has a back problem and the second night an extra layer was put over the mattress to help support his back more comfortably - problem solved!). Drinks, meals and snacks were available when we wanted and where we wanted and served with a smile. Just a great team - we can't praise them highly enough. So, thank you Ersin, Erhan, Gerry, Savas and of course Ozii (including the kitchen team and everyone else - all on the ball) - you should be proud of the service you are giving.

I have just returned from a holiday here and I am so relaxed and chilled which was my aim. The accommodation was fantastic, very clean and beautiful spotless clean linen every day . Each duplex apartment had privacy and was very quiet . The staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Room service was efficient and the food was amazing. Big compliments to the chef for his cooking and flair . Our hazelnut parfait arrived in a plant pot with fruit on a trowel . Even the chicken wrap was served with flair and was so delicious. The bbq evening again excelled expectations , in fact there was too much for us to eat , but what we did have was beautifully cooked and served, despite the fact the electricity kept failing. Huge choice at breakfast as well , served by the really hard working, friendly staff.
We stayed in a loft apartment here for two weeks and to be honest spent most of the time in our private infinity pool looking at the amazing views. From the cleaners to the manager the staff are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were incredible. Eating the huge freshly prepared selection every day whilst lapping in the views was tremendous. Our loft apartment was spotless (cleaned every day by the smiling ladies) and very well appointed. Giant emporer size bed with crisp white sheets overlooking the sea was superb. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment but that is the small price you pay for the views. This wasn't a problem as the meandering walkways provided lots of level platforms where you could catch your breath and soak in the surrounds. My only real niggle was the price of the drinks. Such a shame as the bar area was totally underutilised. I felt sorry for the bar staff who through lack of custom must have had quite boring days. Note to management. .... lower your prices and your guests would probably use the venue so much more. The dinners were lovely and the food presented to an incredibly high standard. All in all a piece of paradise
You know when you view photos online of a place, book and then worry it's not going to meet your expectations? You don't have to worry about that at Likya Pavilion. This was one of my best holidays. The apartments, the views, the staff......everything was perfect. We had no complaints. The staff were always helpful and polite and do everything they can to make your stay a good one. It's a short walk into Kalkan area where you can visit other restaurants. Aubergine and Marine were two of our favourites. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.
Stayed for a week. Stunning location, beautiful hotel. Restaurant served beautiful platters of food. Make sure you're hungry, the food keeps coming and you won't want to waste a morsel!
