Villa Alisia is fully air-conditioned and arranged over 3 floors and is in a relatively peaceful, yet convenient location next to an olive grove and close to the Regency Hotel: perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Two other well-known hotels are close by as well as beach clubs and several restaurants and shops along the Kalamar Road. Kalkan old town, shopping and beaches are approximately 8-10 minutes' walk away. At around 250 square meters, the property provides plenty of space for a large group with the accommodation offering 3 large bedrooms (one master bedroom, one double and one twin bedroom) that have good sized balconies and the property also has a large private garage underneath providing secure parking and direct access to the villa via steps.
Ground floor
The living area is approximately 60 square metres and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a step down to the lounge area, with large glass doors and windows that allow light to flood into the space and make the most of the views. There is access directly from the lounge area to the swimming pool and dining terrace beyond. A large screen LCD satellite television is also located in the lounge area.
First floor
This floor is home to one double room with an ensuite shower room. It has a large furnished balcony with reclining chairs. 
Second floor
The master bedroom suite occupies the entire second floor and comprises a large fully tiled shower room with double basins, a good-sized dressing room, bedroom, and large balcony with lovely open views of the Mediterranean.
Top floor
This floor is home to a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the roof terrace is also on this floor which offers fantastic views of the bay.
Outside
Shaded dining, a built-in stone BBQ and plenty of cushioned sun beds and umbrellas make the outside space a great place to be. There are views of the sea and mountains from many parts of the property and swimming pool terrace.
