Ground floor

The open-plan space benefits from floor to ceiling doors providing both sea and mountain views and direct access to the pool terrace.

The first double bedroom is located on the ground level. This spacious bedroom features a king size bed, wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite shower room. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

First floor
The next two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These are both double bedrooms with a king size bed, wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite bathrooms, one of the en-suites has both a bath and shower, whilst the other is a shower room only. Each bedroom benefits from floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto a private furnished balcony with sea views.

Second floor
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. These each have twin beds, a wardrobe, vanity area and they share a separate en-suite shower room. Both of the bedrooms benefit from floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto the sea view roof terrace.

The outdoor area of Villa Pine offers something for everyone and plenty of space for guests to relax. Guests can find a private pool with an integrated Jacuzzi section positioned to make the most of the sea views, ample sun loungers and parasols, a hammock, al-fresco style dining area with a BBQ, and a large garden which is a rare find for a Kalkan villa.

The grassed area has been designed with children in mind and features a play area, football goals, trampoline and some comfortable bean bag style seating.

Each first floor bedroom benefits from floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto a private furnished sea-view balcony. On the second floor, both bedrooms open onto the sea view roof terrace which is furnished with two sun loungers.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
