Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and large floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows leading out to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating and a pool. There is an open-plan dining area with seating for eight and the kitchen is well equipped and complete with an island unit/breakfast bar with seats. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this floor with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bath/shower room, floor to ceiling windows and Kalkan Bay and sea views. Two bedrooms lead out to a shared terrace with seating and the other bedroom also has access to a separate terrace on the side.

Second floor
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bath/shower room and, of course, expansive sea views. The bedrooms lead out to a shared terrace with sunbeds.

Lower ground floor
A games room complete with table tennis, table football, exercise equipment and a seating area with a TV and PS4.

The outside of the villa is complete with an infinity pool lined with sun loungers and parasols. There is a comfortable sofa seating area and a shaded al-fresco dining area with 10 seats and access to a barbecue.

This contemporary villa is situated in an elevated position in Kiziltas with incredible, uninterrupted views of Kalkan Bay, Snake and Mouse Island and is just a 20-minute walk from the town centre.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

The villa is just a 20-minute walk from Kalkan town centre.
