Villa Jamandutania is a classic Mediterranean stone built 4 bedroom detached villa set in a lovely Komurluk location with panoramic sea views, and approximately just 10 minutes walk from Kalkan’s Old Town. The property has immense charm and character and offers an unusually large amount of outside space on several levels, a very good sized pool, mature planting and attractive shady spots to BBQ, dine and relax.

Ground floor
The living space at Villa Jamandutania comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need to self-cater - should you choose to do so - including appliances such as a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, and a microwave. An island with bar stool seating separates the kitchen from the lounge area which is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a flat screen SMART TV. Two of the villas four bedrooms are also located on this level. The first is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which includes a bath. This bedroom opens out onto a furnished terrace with access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom is a smaller room, furnished with a double bed, mirror and cupboard space. This bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom; however, the ground floor family bathroom is located directly opposite and could be used for this purpose.
First floor
A marble staircase leads you up to the first floor of the villa where the two remaining bedrooms can be found. A master bedroom complete with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space, a mirror, en-suite bathroom and glass doors which open out onto a private, furnished terrace with panoramic views out to sea and over to Kalkan's harbour. The fourth bedroom is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private, furnished terrace.
Outside
The outside space encompasses a shaded al-fresco dining area with a built-in BBQ, in addition to the private swimming pool which benefits from both a shallow and deep end. The swimming pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect spot to admire the views out to sea and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. A cushioned double swing seat is tucked away in the garden and provides an excellent spot to curl up with a book.
