Please read carefully.

Private Villa and Apartment accommodation

Access to the rental property is available from 15:00 on the first day of rental, and we ask you to vacate the property by 11:00 am at the latest on the agreed departure date, to enable cleaning and preparation for the next guests to take place. Rental properties are reserved exclusively for those people confirmed as guests at the time of booking, and no other persons are permitted to stay at the property unless agreed by us in writing prior to the rental period.

Under no circumstances will animals be allowed in the property (except dogs used to aid sight or hearing).

The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture and equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of the letting.

The tenant agrees not to smoke, nor to allow smoking inside the rental property at any time.
 

A £250 security/damage deposit is payable with the final rent balance and will be returned in full by cheque within 10 days of the end of the holiday, provided there is no loss or damage at the rental property.

Please always secure the property when you go out, and take care of the keys. The cost of replacement keys will have to be deducted from your security deposit if lost.
 
Hotel Accommodation
 
Check in at our hotel accommodation is at 3pm, but where possible we will try and accommodate earlier arrivals by request.

We ask our guests to check out by 12.00 am on the day on their departure. There is a secure area to store luggage, and guests are welcome to continue to use the hotel’s public areas until it is time to leave the hotel.

Safety

Please take care around the property and gardens and consider the risks posed by balconies and swimming pools to children. All access to balconies can be locked if required.

Swimming pools should be accessed by the steps and not by jumping or diving in. Please supervise children at all times in the pool.
 

On your holiday please be just as vigilant as you would be at home and ensure you take sensible precautions to protect your belongings- do not leave valuables or keys in sight of windows and don’t leave any doors and windows open or unlocked at night or when you leave the property.

Travel Insurance/ Public Liability

We strongly recommend that you ensure all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your trip. As Turkey is not part of the E.U. it is not possible for us to get public liability insurance and so therefore we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the customer, any member of the customers party or any visitor to the rental property, arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental property or the pool.


Liabilities 

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts by third parties which may prevent or disrupt a customers booking. The booking contract exists between us and the customer and is limited to the rental of the property and associated services only. The information and descriptions supplied regarding your holiday accommodation are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith, but it is possible that certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control for which we accept no liability.

Force Majeure

No liability can be accepted by us when the contract is affected by ‘force majeure’. In the context of these terms and conditions, ‘force majeure’ is any event that we could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to; war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of god, terrorist activity, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation, or any other events outside our control.

Cancellations made by the customer

Cancellations must be made by registered post and signed by the customer. Cancellations will become effective from the deliver date of the cancellation letter. All cancellations are subject to a charge payable by the customer as detailed below.

Transfers/ Car hire

We act as agent only in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf. For all bookings your contract will be with the supplier of the arrangements concerned. The suppliers’ booking conditions will apply to your contract. Copies of these terms and conditions are available from us on request.

Changes/ cancellations made by us

If circumstances beyond our control should make the rental property unavailable, then the customer will be advised as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or a refund of monies paid.
