  • Our usual cancellation policy applies as per our booking terms and conditions.  In addition to these terms, and to provide more flexibility, options 1, 2 & 3 as shown below are available to you under our Covid-19 policy.

1.
We can move your travel dates to later in 2021 and apply the amount you have paid in full to a replacement booking. We will not charge an amendment fee, but any increase in the accommodation cost (due to date changes covering different rate periods) will be charged. The difference is payable 12 weeks before your new departure date. If there is no availability at your booked property for alternative 2021 dates, you will be able to choose any other holiday accommodation in our collection.
2.
We can offer a voucher for the full amount paid to be used as a credit towards a future booking in 2021 at the same property.
3.
Provided that you have paid the final balance by the due date on your booking confirmation and are due to travel within the next 30 days, you can cancel your booking and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for use in either 2021 or 2022 at same property to re-book at a time that suits you. Alternatively, we can move your travel dates to another time in 2021 or 2022 at the same property, subject to availability.  We will not charge an amendment fee, but any increase in the accommodation cost (due to changes covering different dates and/or rate periods) will be charged. The difference is payable 12 weeks before your new departure date.

Final balance payments:

The final balance due date for your arrangements with us is detailed in your booking confirmation and payment is required by that date. We are not able to extend payment dates.
We recognise that this may well be a large payment and you will want to know that once you have paid for your accommodation booking with us in full, that the full amount can be credited to a future holiday if travel is not permitted. Therefore If you have paid your final balance and your destination country is on the red list 30 days prior to departure, we will either;

a.) Open up the opportunity to move your dates to a future stay at the same property right up until 31st October 2022.
b.) Offer a voucher for the full amount paid if you wish to cancel, to enable you to re-book the same property at a time that suits you, right up until 31st October 2022.

We will not charge an amendment fee, but any increase in the accommodation cost (due to changes covering different dates and rate periods) will be charged and payable 12 weeks before your new departure date.
