     ATOL protected package holidays

 

The Turquoise Collection is ATOL bonded, so if your arrangements booked with us include both accommodation and flights, your holiday will be covered by our ATOL protection and the Package Travel Regulations.

Should your travel arrangements be affected by any of the following, the options below are available to you:

  • The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advise against travel to your booked destination for the dates confirmed in your booking.
  • The borders of your destination country are closed for your booked travel dates
  • There are government requirements in place for your travel dates to quarantine somewhere other than your booked accommodation on arrival at your destination or for at least 10 days on your return home to the UK.

The following options are available:

  1. Offer a refund, or apply the full amount paid as a credit towards a future holiday OR
  2. Re-arrange your holiday at any property and destination subject to availability and for any future dates available. Any increase in the accommodation cost (due to date changes covering different rate periods) or difference in the cost of flights will be charged.

Please note:

Some airline tickets are non-changeable and/or non-refundable except in the event of a travel cancellation or restriction by the carrier.

  • The borders to your destination country are closed for your booked travel dates.
  • There are government requirements in place for your travel dates to quarantine somewhere other than your booked accommodation on arrival at your destination or for at least 10 days on your return home to the UK.
  • There are no available flights for your travel dates from your home country to the country of your holiday destination (country of your holiday destination is determined by the location of your holiday accommodation on your booking confirmation from The Turquoise Collection).

The following options are available:

  1. We can move your travel dates to later in 2021 and apply the amount you have paid in full to a replacement booking. Any increase in the accommodation cost (due to date changes covering different rate periods) will be charged. If there is no availability at your booked property for alternative 2021 dates, you will be able to choose any other holiday accommodation in our collection, OR
  2. We can offer a voucher for the full amount paid to be used as a credit towards any Turquoise Collection holiday completed in 2021, OR
  3. We have offered as much flexibility as possible to enable you to amend dates if government restrictions prevent travel as booked. However, please contact us if you would like further assistance with regard to your specific arrangements and we will do our best to help meet your requirements.
