Holiday home in Sumartin is located in a picturesque bay called Puntinak, just 2,4 km away from the center of Sumartin. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, it has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Island of Hvar, and it is 125 meters away by walk from the sea.
Holiday Home Pupa is made up of two apartments. The ground floor apartment is offers a fully equipped kitchen, with dining table to seat four guests, there is a living area, one bedroom with twin beds (bed size 90 x 190 cm each) and a bathroom with a shower. From this apartment there is access to two garden terraces both which offer outdoor seating. The west terrace offers an outdoor fireplace with barbeque. The ground floor and first floor are connected via outdoor stairs.
The second apartment is located on the first floor and is comprised of a kitchen, dining and living area as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedroom is a twin, whilst the second bedroom is a double. There is access from this apartment to three seperated terraces with views to the bay, to the sea and views over the garden. The terraces are all furnished with either dining tables or seating.
The house also offers guests a private parking spot. There is also an outdoor W.C with laundry area.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0)1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €300(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
