Villa Andora is a spectacular modern villa located in Selce, a village mile away from the centre on a hillside amidst greenery and rocks. This property offers a high degree of privacy, magnificent views down the valley to the sea, 4 bedrooms and a large terrace with private freshwater swimming pool.
Built in 2014, Villa Andora is located on the outskirts of the small village of Selca on Brac Island just 1.5 km away from the beach, with shops, restaurants and cafes within easy reach. Nearby Sumartin offers a lovely harbour and more restaurants and cafes. Sumartin has a daily ferry to the historic town of Makarska which is known as the Makarska Riviera.
Villa Andora offers a combination of Dalmatian character on the outside with a luxurious and contemporary decorated interior with antique pieces.
The villa has four bedrooms; one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, with a 3rd bathroom serving the other two rooms. Downstairs you have a very spacious modern kitchen with dining room. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen/dining room and living room provide easy access to the spacious terraces outside and maximise the impact of the incredible views.
You can enjoy beautiful sea views from most parts of the villa and mountain views from the eastern bedroom. The villa is surrounded with Mediterranean garden planted with herbs and trees which provide colour and scent and allow you a high degree of privacy in which to relax. Outside the freshwater swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces furnished with sun loungers, a cushioned rattan seating group and umbrella's for shade. The swimming pool is chlorine free and a good size at 25 m2. A utility room and garage is located in the basement.

A EUR500 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
