Villa Lana is located in Sutivan town on Brac island, just 150 meters from the Adriatic Sea. A total of 10 guests can be accommodated in 4 en-suite bedrooms and the villa also has gym facilities, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and is located within walking distance of the local town.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, set over 380 square metres and arranged over four floors:

Ground floor:

Villa Lana's ground floor features an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge area has a sofa (this sofa can convert into a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests), armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV mounted from the ceiling and homely furnishings such as indoor plants and artwork. The kitchen area has an island with a stove and sink, ample storage and fridge freezer hidden behind modern wooden cabinets.

The dining area is located between the lounge and kitchen area and seats 8 guests.

Large sliding glass doors help to fill the room with light and provide guests access to the outdoor pool terrace area.

The ground also has a laundry room and a separate W/C.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 - The first floor bedroom is decorated in neutral tones and has a king-size, four poster bed, an en-suite bathroom, a mounted flat screen TV, a large wardrobe with storage and access to a sea-view terrace through sliding glass doors.

Second floor:

Bedroom 2, 3 & 4 - The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor and each room has fantastic sea views, en-suite bathrooms, a wardrobe and ample storage space.

This villa also has an outdoor upper floor furnished terrace which is the perfect location for a sundowner at the end of the day.

Lower ground floor:

Villa Lana also has a separate entertainment room with kitchenette, sofas, mounted flat screen TV and fridge located on the lower ground floor.

On this level guests will also find multiple bikes available for use, a gym with facilities that include a sauna, a running machine, kettlebells, a punching bag and a rowing machine.

Outdoor areas:
Outside guests will find a large heated pool swimming pool, a separate Jacuzzi, sun loungers, a BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating and a large al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests.
