In a peaceful location on the coast in Necujam Bay, Villa Mauri offers modern accommodation, a private pool, gym, and sea views for up to six guests in three en-suite bedrooms. The villa's enviable location means that you can reach the sea in less than a 1 minute walk and the local beach and a selection of restaurants/cafes are within a 10 minute walk.

The Villa 
The ground floor features a light and spacious open-plan living area. A comfortable sofa and LCD TV create a welcoming space to unwind, while the fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with a central island and four bar stools, flows seamlessly into the dining area. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

On the lower ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped gym, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This level also includes a guest WC and an additional lounge area with a table and chairs.

The first floor is home to three stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and private balconies offering breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, which can be arranged to accommodate different guest requirements, and includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Every bedroom is equipped with an LCD TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

The villa's fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including a hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, and toaster.

The outdoor area of Villa Mauri is designed for relaxation and al fresco living, offering a spacious split level terrace with views of the crystal-clear sea. At its heart is a private 29m² swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers where you can unwind in the Mediterranean sunshine. Local Area - Necujam
If you're looking for a relaxed villa holiday with swimming, sunshine and a slower pace than Croatia's busier islands, Nečujam on the island of Šolta is a strong choice. It isn't a lively resort, but it works particularly well for families, couples and groups who want a comfortable villa base. Nečujam sits in the largest bay on Šolta, around 9 nautical miles from Split. It's the island's main tourist settlement but is still much quieter than destinations such as Hvar or Brač. The bay is surrounded by pine trees and has a peaceful, sheltered feel with a long waterfront promenade. The main beach is a pebble beach, making the water exceptionally clear and ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The bay is sheltered, so the sea is usually calm.

Region - Solta Island
Šolta is one of Croatia's quieter Dalmatian islands, known for its unspoilt landscapes, crystal-clear coves, olive groves and traditional stone villages. Unlike some of its more famous neighbours, it has retained an authentic, laid-back atmosphere, making it ideal for visitors seeking relaxation rather than nightlife. the island is small enough to explore easily by car, with picturesque villages such as Maslinica, Stomorska and Grohote offering excellent seafood restaurants, cafés and local produce. Activities include swimming, snorkelling, cycling, hiking, boat trips and sampling Šolta's renowned olive oil, honey and local wines. With a ferry crossing of around an hour from Split, Šolta combines peaceful island living with convenient access to one of Croatia's most vibrant cities.

Getting to the villa
Villa Mauri located on Šolta Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport and most people visiting Šolta Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, where you would then catch the ferry to Rogač.  Villa Mauri is a 10-15 minute drive from Rogač. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Rogač, ready for your onward journey and to explore Šolta Island during your stay.
