Villa Skalinada is a charming 4 bedroom villa with a good degree of privacy, private swimming pool and beautiful sea views. Situated in a desirable location just a short walk from the town centre and restaurants, there is even a private 60m passage leading directly to the local beach.

The Villa 
The villa has been beautifully furnished and provides colourful contemporary spaces from which guests can relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The ground floor comprises of a large sitting area, with plenty of seating, a large dining and well equipped kitchen area. Also on the ground floor also includes a double bedroom and separate WC. A further four bedrooms are located on the first floor, two double, two single rooms and a family bathroom. One of the double rooms enjoys a small terrace with table and chairs.

Outdoor Space 
Outside the property is a well-kept mature garden and alfresco dining area with sea views.
