Villa Bozica is located just 200 meters from the Adriatic Sea and 800 meters from the city centre of Primosten town. This villa is set over a total land area of 500 square meters. A total of 10 guests can be accommodated in 4 en-suite bedrooms and on 2 sofa beds. Extra amenities such as a hot tub, a gym, and a cinema room are at guest’s disposal for a perfect, relaxing holiday in Croatia.

Accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over three floors.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor guests will find an indoor space with a hot tub, shower, and lounge furniture.

Ground floor:

The ground floor at Villa Bozica is home to an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features an island with hob and sink, ample storage and a large fridge/freezer.

The living area features a large mounted flat screen TV, two sofas, a coffee table and homely additions including indoor plants.

The dining area is also located in this area and has seating for 10 guests and over head lighting.

A wine cellar, a bread oven, and an additional bathroom are located on the same level. 

First floor:

There are two en-suite modern bedrooms with desk areas and mounted flat screen TV's (one bedrooms has a bath and the other has a shower) each with their own private balcony located on the first floor.

A "blacked out" cinema room and a well-equipped gym are also located on the same level. 

The guests can enjoy two lovely terraces on the first floor level. Just a few steps away there is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue which is perfect for al-fresco dining. This area also has a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 guests and is located under a pergola for shade.

Second floor:

The two additional bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) are located on the second floor. A laundry room with one more terrace is also located on the same floor.

Outdoor area: 

The pool area is located on the lower ground floor and is surrounded by lush planting, sun loungers and an outdoor day bed. Guests will find many areas for relaxing at this fantastic villa located just 200m from the sea.
