For those that like yachts in their sea view, several marinas line the bay which, along with some lovely landscaping create a very nice environment indeed. To the left of the bay, Portville is in our opinion the "jewel in the crown" of Gocek's holiday villa offer and represents some of the most expensive real estate in the Turkish Mediterranean. Linked by a salt water canal system with direct access to the sea, most properties here are waterfront. Turquoise Collection guests at Portville enjoy beach club access to the sublime D-Resort beach and all associated facilities at very significantly reduced cost. A wide choice of restaurants, some great shopping and the beach club are within 5 minutes walk along the harbour front. Complimentary use of the Club Nen swimming pool, a 7 minute walk away is provided for Portville guests.

Ground floor: 

The property has cool stone flooring throughout the ground floor, and on entering the property there are views right through the hall and living space to the garden and water beyond. There is a cloakroom on the left and a well-equipped kitchen to the right. The lounge area beyond is a very light and airy space and accesses the garden through two double doors.

First floor:

On the first floor, there is a study area in the hallway with access to a side balcony, a storage cupboard and wooden flooring throughout. Two comfortable double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a balcony.

Outside:

The lounge area has access to the gardens and canal side. A small terrace is furnished with a rattan seating set for 4.

"I had the pleasure to visit Villa Eden in October 2019, in my opinion this villa is ideal for couples looking to be centrally located and within easy walking distance to the main amenities of the old town. I absolutely loved sitting out on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine watching the boats return to harbour just as the sun started setting behind the mountains. As there are 20 steps up from the street level to the villa's main entrance, it would not suit those with reduced mobility."
