Villa Dreams is a brand new villa in our collection for 2021 and boasts a large, cleverly designed split-level outdoor living area featuring a stone BBQ and kitchenette, an infinity pool, and a sunny terrace overlooking the lush garden with rattan seating and table tennis. Located in an elevated position in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and close to the popular beach clubs, Villa Dreams accommodates up to 8 guests in four beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms.

Offering four bedrooms and spacious living accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views and features stylish interior design throughout. 

Villa Dreams is located in an elevated position in Kalamar Bay and is a 25-30 minute walk to Kalkan's old town/ town centre.

The accommodation in detail

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor  

The ground floor hosts 3 of the bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin each with en-suite facilities. Doors leading out to the private enclosed garden.

Bedroom 1 - Twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area. 

Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom with a King sized bed and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area. 

Bedroom 3 - Second master bedroom with a King sized bed and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Doors lead out onto the furnished garden/patio area. 

There is also a seperate WC and utility room. 

First Floor

The stylish large open-plan living area features an elegant lounge space with large, plush corner sofa, a dining area (seating eight) and a fully fitted kitchen in a modern black, white, and natural wood design to self-cater. Three sets of doors lead out to the pool and alfresco dining terrace where the views of the bay are spectacular.

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with King sized bed and en-suite shower. Large glass doors lead out onto the villa's pool terrace. 

Outdoor spaces

The spacious terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and incorporates the infinity swimming pool. To the side of the villa is a dining table with 8 seats, a kitchenette and BBQ with sink, refrigerator, and cupboard, as well as a cushioned Ottoman style seating area. The swimming pool terrace has 8 cushioned rattan sun-loungers and a bamboo covered pergola, 4 parasols and a remote-control awning attached to the wall providing shade from the sun when required. Steps lead down to the villa's lush garden where a cushioned rattan seating area can be found, as well as table tennis for some healthy competition. Three of the four bedrooms open out on to the garden.

This villa has its own parking space.
