Accommodation overview

Villa Escala is located in an elevated position in the Kalamar Bay area around 25-30 minutes walk to the town centre. Offering six bedrooms and spacious living accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views from all levels. In addition to the large pool terrace, each bedroom benefits from access to a balcony or terrace. 

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over four floors.

Lower ground floor: 

The lower ground floor/road level is home to the villa's garage. Stairs lead up from the lower ground floor to the pool level/ ground floor where guests will find a spacious terrace to the front of the villa which incorporates the large infinity swimming pool.

Ground Floor:

The large open plan living area comprises of a lounge with corner sofa, a dining table, breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen.

Two sets of large sliding glass doors help to fill the room with light and provide guests access to the swimming pool terrace and the alfresco dining area.

Guests will also find the first of the villas six bedrooms located on this floor.

Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sea-views and direct access to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate W/C on the ground floor, a laundry room and stairs leading to first floor.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2 & 3 - Both bedrooms are double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a Jacuzzi within the room, sea-views and access to a furnished sea view balcony through large sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 4 - A twin bedroom (beds can be made up as a double on request) with en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished sea view balcony through large sliding glass doors.

Stairs from this level lead guests to the second floor.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 5 - A twin bedroom (beds can be made up as a double on request) with en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished sea view balcony through large sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 6 - A double bedroom with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sea-views and large sliding glass doors lead guests out to the large furnished sea-view roof terrace.

Outdoor spaces:

To one side of the villa there is a built in bbq and an alfresco dining table and chairs beneath a shaded pergola.

The expansive terrace is furnished with a sofa set with thick cushions and coffee table and there is a sunken seating area next to the sizeable infinity pool. The infinity pool features mosaic steps for entry, a submerged seating area and 'island' style sun loungers.
