Outside space

Villa Loop benefits from a wide outdoor space large enough for relaxing and entertaining, and is dotted with palms and other greenery. The large infinity pool has island-style sun loungers to relax on as well as regular sun loungers arranged around the terrace. There is also a large circular rattan daybed with a sun shade in a quiet corner, perfect for curling up with a good book.

There is a stone BBQ and comfortable retro-style cushioned dining set where the whole party can enjoy a home-cooked feast, and further along the terrace is a cushioned lounge set and coffee table, providing a great spot for morning coffee or a cool sundowner.

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a large open-plan living space big enough for the whole party to spread out and enjoy which features characterful retro-style design. The well-equipped kitchen is stylishly decorated in neutral tones and also features mirrored top units, creating the feeling of even more space. This area includes an island unit/breakfast bar in contrasting natural wood with seating, granite-topped work surfaces and high quality integrated appliances such as a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.

In the centre of the room is a unique dining table made from reclaimed wood with a contemporary resin middle, perfect for getting the party together for some memorable meals.

On the other side of the room is the cosy lounge area featuring a large L-shaped sofa that looks out to the pool terrace and the Mediterranean beyond. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, as well as a reclaimed wood coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open out to the pool terrace.

First floor

Bedroom 1: This ensuite room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity station, and has its own balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 3: This ensuite is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity station, and balcony with sea view. This room also features its own jacuzzi bath by a picture window affording great views across the bay.

Second floor 

Bedroom 4: The ensuite master bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity station, and the room opens out on to the large rooftop terrace which features a jacuzzi to enjoy with a cocktail or two.

The property also has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
