Accommodation overview

Villa Overseas is located a 25-minute walk to the old town/ town centre. Offering six bedrooms and spacious living accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views from all levels. In addition to the large pool terrace, each bedroom benefits from access to a balcony or terrace. 

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over four floors.

Lower ground floor: 

The lower ground floor/road level is home to the villa's garage. Stairs led up from the lower ground floor to the pool level/ ground floor where guests will find a spacious terrace to the front of the villa which incorporates a large infinity edged swimming pool.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor hosts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living is designed with a modern and stylish finish. A large 'L' shaped sofa faces a large flatscreen tv fitted above an artistic fireplace. There are coffee tables located around the living area with one either side of the sofa and a larger table in front of the sofa. The dining table has seating for 10 guests. The kitchen has sufficient appliances for self-catering in the villa. 

The first of six bedrooms is located on this floor. Fitted with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, this bedroom provides views out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two of these host double beds and the third bedroom hosts twin beds. All three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and provide unobstructed views of the sea.

Second Floor:

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The first is a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms provide panoramic views of the sea and Kalamar Bay.

Outdoor spaces:

To one side of the villa there is a built-in stone BBQ and an alfresco dining table and chairs beneath a shaded pergola.

To the other side of the expansive terrace, there is a cushioned sofa set with thick cushions and coffee table,

There is a sunken seating circle next to the huge infinity pool. The infinity pool features mosaic steps for entry, a submerged seating area with air jets and shallow platform areas with 'island' style sun loungers.
