Traditional elements of Mediterranean construction come together with open plan living and cool, contemporary spaces to spectacular effect. The property accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms.

Entrance to the property is at ground floor level.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests and the property is air-conditioned throughout.

The accommodation in more detail:

Ground floor:

The open plan living space extends most of the width and depth of the ground floor. This space comprises at one end a fitted kitchen equipped to self-cater, with a large island and a dining area and at the other end is a living space with comfortable large L shaped seating. There is glass to three aspects which creates some wonderful light, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Glass sliding doors extend across much of the frontage of the property and when open provide for a relatively seamless connection between the inside and outside spaces. Well thought out lighting creates atmospheric spaces in which to relax and a "floating" staircase to the first floor makes quite a statement and underlines the dedication to contemporary design in the property.

To the right hand side (looking out to sea) of the living area, 3 steps rise to a hallway that leads to the first of the villas five bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - A well-furnished sea view en-suite double bedroom decorated with orange accents. This room has side tables, storage, a vanity desk and direct access to the villas pool terrace through floor to ceiling glass doors. 

First floor:

Bedroom 2, 3 & 4  - There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on this floor all of which have en-suite bath or shower rooms and sea view balconies. Take your choice of 2 master bedrooms, one of which has a deep soak egg shaped bath with sea views and the other an exceptionally large terrace.

Second floor:

the 5th bedroom is located on the top floor, this en-suite double has direct access the the large roof terrace with panoramic sea view.

Outside:

Terrace and gardens extend to the front, side and back of the property. Raised sunbathing areas have been cleverly integrated into the infinity swimming pool and mattresses that would look the part look at an Ibiza beach club make for pure sunbathing indulgence. Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed either from the villas roof terrace or the terrace seating by the pool. Shade is provided by a woven overhang that covers the outside dining area at the side of the property and the seating space at the front of the villa.
