Elif Apartment Sunninghill is a new, luxurious, 3 bedroom Kalkan apartment with huge private pool, beautifully furnished, modern interior spaces. Accommodates 6 guests in a great location just 10 minutes walk to Kalkan's old town.
Part of a prestigious new development including 5 bedroom villas, the Elif apartments were brand new for 2014. If your expectation of apartment holiday accommodation is sharing a pool and having less space than a villa in which to spread out and relax on holiday, think again.
Offering as much space as many 3 bedroom villas, these apartments are truly exceptional; and the icing on the cake… a spectacular villa sized private swimming pool and sun terrace affording incredible mountain views.
Three large bedrooms, two with sea view balconies and one with an en suite bathroom means that these apartments will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Master bedroom suite guests will be particularly pampered, with space that would put many hotel rooms to shame.
But it's not just the accommodation that make the Elif apartments so special, the location amidst Olive groves offers the compelling combination of great views, easy walking access to town (around 10 minutes) and importantly for many of our guests, peace and quiet.

Sunninghill apartment is a new, luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom apartment that offers as much space as some private villas. Set in peaceful surroundings with much privacy, one of the main attributes is it's own large pool and sun terrace for sole use.
The apartment is very well presented and conveniently situated, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan and only a few minutes walk away from the nearest supermarket. Set out over two floors providing a generous amount of living space, the accommodation is contemporary in style and comprises the following.
Large open plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen features granite work surfaces and is extremely well-equipped with modern fitted appliances including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor and microwave.
The dining table seats up to 6 guests. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa plus flat-screen TV and DVD player, sliding doors from this area lead out onto the spacious pool terrace and outdoor dining area.
Back inside, two of the apartment's three bedrooms are located on the ground floor - a spacious double with direct access to the pool terrace and a twin. These bedrooms have ample storage and use of a large separate shower and bathroom room on the same floor.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom again has ample storage and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The apartment features a large private pool and sun terrace for sole use of the occupants of this property. The terrace is furnished with ample cushioned sun-loungers and parasols. The terrace has lovely mountain views across the olive groves that surround the property. An al-fresco dining area seating 6 is provided. From the pool area there are some steps leading to a spacious top terrace comprising of covered chill out area with further stunning views of surrounds vistas.
The centre of Kalkan is an approximate 10 minute walk away and a large supermarket is just a few minutes walk.

The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
