Lovely apartment with excellent large private terrace
Lovely apartment with excellent large private terrace and access to pool. Loved the additional touches of personalised beach towels, bean bag, parasols and lounger pads/pillows. Views slightly restricted due to villas in front but made up for it with private access round apartment for me. Kitchen fully equipped and lovely decor throughout. Ten minute walk to lovely restaurants nearby and fifteen back! Twenty minutes to harbour area but definitely not a walk back!

“Elena – Smart, stylish, breathtaking views”
“Elena – Smart, stylish, breathtaking views” 5 of 5 stars I was lucky enough to stay in Elena, a spacious, split-level two-bedroom apartment in the Elvina complex, which has breathtaking views and plenty more besides. With the exception of two nicely turned-out shower/wc rooms, all rooms have stunning views of the shimmering, turquoise waters of Kalkan bay and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The bedroom with the double bed has the best panoramic view of the sea, mountains and Lycian coastline and benefits from a balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast. While the one with the twin beds gets the best of the early evening sun. The apartment offers generous room to lounge, bronze yourself, or simply take in the scenery. I spent a good parcel of my time out on the private terrace which gets the full heat of the sun from about 8am until dusk. One obvious advantage of Elena is that you can access the shared pool directly from your terrace, so when you need to cool off – and during my stay in June, the mercury topped 31 Celsius - the water is never more than a few steps away. Spanning the full width of the complex, the pool is huge; just shy of 50m, Michael Phelps would feel at home. There's also a stylish shared sun terrace and a seating area on the other side of the pool. May and June are good times to visit as the town and beach aren’t too busy. I ate out a few times at the Sunset and Salt ‘n’ Pepper restaurants near the harbour which I would recommend for their light, tasty mixed meze and warm service. But mostly I bought fish, bright-eyed and face-slappingly fresh, from town and prepared it in the smart, marble-topped kitchen area. There's a six-seat dining table immediately adjacent to the kitchen and then a pristine L-shaped sofa, coffee table and satellite TV and dvd player if you fancy a quiet night in. The rooms are minimally and tastefully decorated with whitewashed walls and elegant dark wood furniture. When hunger calls, the high street with its supermarkets, greengrocers and fishmonger are all about 10-15 minutes away on foot, just turn left out of the apartment and keep going. For the beach, old town and harbour-side restaurants, carry on down the hill. I will certainly be returning to Kalkan, and for a smart, well positioned place to enjoy its many delights, apartment Elena will rank as an obvious first port of call.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation,
We stayed at the Elvina complex in apartment Elena. This apartment was a very comfortable place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, and well equipped. The manager on site and his wife are super people and very accommodating. We especially enjoyed the private access to the pool and large secluded patio! I would definitely recommend this accommodation to families and couples alike, it is a great place to stay. The only downside to the location is the walk back from town, but the views make up for this!!!

The Elena apartment was excellent and the location in Kalkan is very good. Having previously stayed at Elvina we specifically booked Elena due to the outside space.
Apartment Elena is absolutely fantastic
