This apartment is one of four "Iskele" apartments (2 x 2 bedrooms & 2 x 3 bedrooms) in a highly desirable location less than 10 minutes walk away from Kalkan's old town, shopping and the beach. A private pool and plenty of outside space makes this property feel rather like villa accommodation. Iskele 2 has 3 bedrooms and is located on the ground and first floor of the building. For larger groups Iskele 2 can be booked with any of the neighbouring apartments.
Lower ground floor:
There are two bedrooms at this level, a twin and a double. Both share a shower room with WC and open out to a shaded terrace area. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor living area and pool terrace. These bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide for plenty of storage space.
Comprising an open plan living area and kitchen, this floor has sea views and large sliding glass doors to the south and west aspects providing for plenty of natural light and access to the pool and terrace. Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests and there is also satellite television at the property. The kitchen is equipped to self cater and furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. A double en-suite bedroom on this level at the front of the building has access to the terrace through glass sliding doors.
A spacious swimming pool and dining terrace is furnished with cushioned sunbeds/ umbrellas and an outside dining set up for 6 guests. The pool measures 6.5 metres x 3.5 metres and gets plenty sunshine. There are sea views from this level.

A £300.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. Iskele Apartment is a modern, spacious apartment ideally situated. It has lots of outdoor space with a private pool & lots of room to sunbath. It has a well appointed kitchen & small living room adjacent. Ideal for couples or a small group of adults. The location of our property was excellent, just a short walk from the centre of town. We could enjoy great views of the bay and also be close to the the local amenities, restaurants/ bars, shops etc.
