Villa Bergamot has a pleasant mix of contemporary and traditional furniture, which along with some well chosen local art pieces creates an attractive and comfortable space in which to spend a holiday. A good sized private pool, plenty of outside space, and a nicely furnished sea view roof terrace make this property a great choice for a family holiday in our opinion. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Kalkan's vibrant old town dining scene, the beach and shopping, Villa Bergamot is in a great location.
Living area
The open plan living area comprises of a lounge, central
dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. Cool stone flooring works
well in the Kalkan summer and there is access to the pool terrace
through double doors off the living area. There is plenty of
natural light, and the villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite
television. There is also a WC on this level.
First floor
Bedroom one is a twin room with a wardrobe, side tables,
ample storage, a Juliette balcony, and a bathroom shared with the
double bedroom. Bedroom two is a double room (can be made into a
twin bed) with side tables, pleasant artwork, a furnished sea view
balcony and a bathroom shared with the twin bedroom. Bedroom three
is the master bedroom with a king sized bed that faces the
furnished sea view balcony, ample storage including a walk-in
wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
The roof terrace
A great space for alfresco dining and relaxing, you will
want to spend time here. The spacious roof terrace has been nicely
furnished with a dining set up and corner rattan sofa set. Set the
scene for a sundowner with the roof top lanterns and enjoy the
fabulous sea and mountain views here.
The outside area
Villa Bergamot has a private pool and sunny terrace with
plenty of space for sunbathing. Cushioned sun beds and umbrellas
for shade are provided for all guests. Guests will find an
additional dining table under the Greek style draped pergola. There
is also a table tennis table at the villa for outside use. NB:
Villa Verbena and Villa Lamas are adjacent to Villa Bergamot, both
are similar 3 bedroom villas; perfect for large families holidaying
together.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Bergamot can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Bergamot and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Bergamot as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Villa Bergamot is a wonderful property where the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pool area as is was spacious and well equipped and the kitchen living space for the same reason. Fabulous views of the sea from your bedroom and a great pool area. I would highly recommend Villa Bergamot.
A perfect villa, in a beautiful town. The villa was spotlessly clean and modern, with very comfy beds. The pool area was lovely, lots of space for us all to spread out and several different seating areas. We especially loved the roof terrace in the evening, with all the lights of the town twinkling in the distance. We loved our first visit to Kalkan and Villa Bergamot was the perfect base to explore it from, with a nice 10 minute stroll in to town in the evenings. We would definitely love to stay at Villa Bergamot next time we visit Kalkan.
Brilliant well maintained property. Ideal for families. Close to shops bars and restaurants and an easy walk down into town.
5th year running in Kalkan and not disappointed. Villa Bergamot was really spacious with 6 adults in our party. The pool area was great after a day at the beach clubs and it was really well located and only a 10 min walk to the restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Nigel was very helpful after we were delayed on our outward journey. Hope to be back next year
Limon Villa is modern, spacious, comfortable,quiet, well maintained, well positioned for walking into town. The swimming pool is gorgeous, the views are fantastic and it is even nicer than the photos on the website. The aircon is efficient - much needed in the 40 degree heat. Highly recommended!
We loved this property! The property and pool were spotlessly clean and had nice, contemporary styling. The house was very well equipped and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't already there (there was even washing powder supplied by the washing machine). The cleaner did a great job of the cleaning and change of sheets and towels. The gardener/maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. The property is in a great location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of central Kalkan but near enough to walk there.
This was the 3rd time we stayed at Villa Bergamot and wish to continue calling it "Our Home" for many more times in the future. The Villa has everything you need and the proximity to all the restaurants, bars and fabulous shopping make it even more interesting for a fantastic vacation!! Nigel and Mel are fantastic hosts; warm, welcoming and always ready to assist. They ran an extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Villa Bergamot and Kalkan will always have a special place in our Heart!!! M & M
Villa Bergamot is a lovely villa, slightly set back from the old town, beautifully furnished, with a lovely garden and pool. We were a party of five adults and would walk into town in the evening (an easy saunter) and, for those who didn't want the slightly more challenging walk home uphill, a taxi could always be found!
