Its elevated position offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding Taurus Mountains and the property has the advantage of having a large pool terrace and roof terrace giving guests plenty of outside space.
Outside space
Outside, guests of Villa Lilyum can enjoy a game of table
tennis, take a dip in the large private pool or relax on either the
ample sun loungers or the comfortable outside seating area. A
shaded al-fresco dining area and stone BBQ allows guests to dine
together and is the perfect accompaniment to the terrace, and a
spacious roof terrace with fantastic sea views further elevates the
villa. The roof terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set
and coffee table.
Living space
The spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has
sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors, allowing guests to make the
most of the view and allows ample light into the villa. The kitchen
is equipped with numerous appliances such as a washing machine,
large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and mixer. The open
plan living area is equipped with Satellite LCD TV, DVD player, CD
player and docking speakers. A guest cloak room is also located on
the ground floor.
Ground floor
Here guests will find the first of six bedrooms. This is a
double bedroom which benefits from direct access to the swimming
pool terrace through large, glass doors and an en suite
bathroom.
First floor
On the first floor, a spacious master suite with an en suite
is located. This bedroom has a sea view balcony and king size bed.
The other two bedrooms on this floor are a double and a twin-bedded
room. Both have en suites, a balcony and sea views.
Second floor
On the second floor guests will find the remaining two
bedrooms, a twin and a king size double which share a bathroom and
have to either the furnished sea view roof terrace.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Lilyum can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Lilyum and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Lilyum as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
