Villa Salice
The design of Salice offers a touch of grandeur with large
columns which stretch to its full height and an attractive and
spacious large central covered balcony with sea and mountain views;
a great space to enjoy at any time of the day. Villa Salice is
fully air-conditioned and the accommodation, arranged over 3 floors
is light and spacious. Feature stone walls add character and
underfoot the cool stone flooring is a welcome feature in the heat
of the Kalkan summer.
Ground floor
The open-plan design of the living space offers plenty of
room for dining and relaxation and comprises of two sofas, a coffee
table, fireplace, a TV and sliding doors which lead out to the pool
terrace. There is a double sofa bed in the living area extends the
guest capacity to 9. The dining table is centrally located within
the living area and seats up to 6 guests. The kitchen is separated
by a stone arch and is equipped with everything you need to
self-cater.
First floor
Bedroom one is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
and sea view balcony. This room also has an additional good
quality, portable bi-fold single bed (sprung slatted base for extra
comfort) which can be used to accommodate a further guest if
required, ideal for a couple with a small child. Bedroom two is a
twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large wardrobe, and a sea
view balcony.
Second floor
Bedroom two is the master bedroom suite is a real feature.
It occupies the whole of the second floor and comprises a large
bedroom with an Ottoman seating area, fully fitted dressing area,
and a very spacious marble en-suite bathroom with a shower,
Jacuzzi, WC, and twin basins. The built in Jacuzzi with marble
mosaic tiling and lovely views of the turquoise coast through large
picture windows is pure indulgence and makes this master bedroom
suite very special indeed.
Outdoor area
Located beside the swimming pool, the furnished dining
terrace is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining. There is
plenty of space to sunbathe around the swimming pool and there are
also parasols and sunbeds with deep foam comfortable sunbed
cushions. There is also car parking right outside the villa. The
villa has plenty of outside space to enjoy with a built-in stone
barbecue, perfect for evenings spent at the villa.
Roof terrace
A new addition for 2023, Villa Salice benefits from a
spacious roof terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa set and
parasol. The roof provides guests with sweeping views across
Kalkan's Bay and out to sea.
Notes
Access to this property is via a staircase and the
accommodation is arranged over 3 floors - not recommended for
guests with limited mobility.

Villa Salice can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Salice and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Salice as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Wonderful Villa - so spacious and very well equipped with everything a family could need. Beautiful swimming pool with large terrace surrounded by plants and flowers Comfy beds and excellent air conditioning which was much needed in the summer heat. All aspects of using The Turquoise Collection was excellent.

Villa Salice is a lovely clean and large property with excellent outside space and a decent sized pool. The first-floor balcony has a wonderful view of Kalkan down to the harbour and is perfect for enjoying an early evening drink.

Villa Salice was beautiful. The photographs on the website really do not do justice to the space. Despite being located in the vicinity of other villas and accommodation it is cleverly-sited to maximise privacy. The views are spectacular, the external space is large, and the pool is very nice and of a good size. A highlight is the huge first floor balcony, which was a great place to unwind in the evenings and admire the view.
Superb villa in a great location. The pool was great, large bedrooms and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom!
