Ground floor
The entrance floor is entirely occupied by an open-plan kitchen and living room with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the villa's sea-facing pool terrace. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and all the kitchen utensils you may need. To the front of the kitchen is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a generous living area with pool and partial sea views, featuring comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV, PlayStation 3, board games and a selection of books for guests' entertainment.

First floor
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first is a twin bedroom, which can be configured as a double on request, located towards the rear of the property with an en-suite bathroom and Juliette balcony. The second is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private sea-view balcony furnished with two deck chairs and a small table. Both bedrooms are light and airy and have plenty of wardrobe space.

Second floor
The final double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor in the eaves of the villa. This bedroom has a large private balcony offering panoramic sea views and is furnished with a sofa and armchair set and coffee table. A utility and storage room is also available on this floor for guests' practical needs.

Outdoors, a private infinity pool takes centre stage on the sunbathing terrace and is lined by four sun loungers and two large boho-style parasols. Further lounge seating includes a double daybed and double swing seat. There is also an al fresco dining table with seating for six, accompanied by a BBQ for outdoor dining. For guests' entertainment, there is table football on the pool terrace.

Elevated between the Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Central Kalkan (or Ortaalan) offers a more spacious feel while maintaining easy access to the town's amenities. Its hillside position provides wide Mediterranean views and a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre, which is reachable within an 8 to 20-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is highly practical, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants typically within a 10-minute walk of most properties, making it a convenient base for those who want both scenery and proximity to daily essentials.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
