BOOK NOW AND SAVE 25% ON ALL DATES IN MAY -- In an elevated position, Villa Yahvi offers panoramic sea and mountain views from many parts of the property and spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests. It has a private infinity pool (heating available) featuring plunge pool section with submerged seat, a furnished dining terrace and a stone BBQ.
Ground floor
On the ground floor the open plan living space comprises of
the lounge with corner sofa and television, the dining area which
seats 6 guests and the kitchen. For those who wish to self-cater,
the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage, fridge
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, and microwave. The
living space connects with the pool terrace through floor to
ceiling glass doors to create the feeling of merging the inside and
outside spaces. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.
First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor where guests will
find two of the villas three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double
bedroom with furnished sea view balcony, storage, and en-suite
shower room. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with bedside table,
storage, and a large wardrobe. This bedroom also has a sea balcony
and an en-suite shower room.
Second floor
Bedroom three is the master bedroom is located on the top
floor with a double bed that faces the large, furnished sea view
balcony. This room also has ample storage, a mini fridge, and an
en-suite shower room.
Outdoor area
Outside features a sun terrace with infinity swimming pool
from which guests can enjoy the sea views over Kalkan Bay. The
infinity pool also has a plunge pool area and both pools can be
heated for an additional charge. There are also comfortable soft
furnishings, sun loungers, parasols, a table for alfresco dining
which seats 6 guests and a stone BBQ. Villa Yahvi has a lovely
location amidst olive trees, yet within walking distance of the
town (approximately 15-20 minutes).

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Yahvi can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Yahvi and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Yahvi as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Lovely modern villa, well maintained, fab pool and
additional plunge pool which was lovely to enjoy a glass of wine
and a book in, and fantastic views!
As regular visitors to Kalkan, this villa was in a new and different area with beautiful views, amazing pool and terrace. We had a fantastically chilled out holiday and will definitely be back!
Just returned from a 2 week stay at villa yahvi with my 10 year old son and husband and what another pleasure it was. (Stayed here last summer 2018). From the minute we walked through the door I breathed a sigh of relief as it's just clean tidy and airy. Fabulous views, great pool and plenty of comfortable sun beds and large corner sofa which is perfect for late afternoon naps. A fantastic fully equipped kitchen and laundry room on 1st floor. Views from all bedrooms are amazing, spent many an evening with a glass of wine on the balcony. It's a 10 minute walk into town but we had a car so got quite lazy especially with the heat. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return again.
We have just returned from a great two weeks at Vila
Yahvi. All 5 of us had a tremendous time and are looking to return
if possible next year.
On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and there was
everything we could have wanted. The welcome pack was the best we
have ever received in a villa.
The beds were so comfortable that we all had difficulties
waking up in the morning sometimes. The air-con in all of the
bedrooms worked great, but the blinds in all of the rooms worked so
good that we didn't have the air-con on in the bedrooms very much
at all. We had never seen these types of Blinds before and we are
now looking into getting these blinds in our own house they were
that good
The pool area was so comfortable that we spent most of the
time out there, eating breakfast and lunch there everyday. The
Sunbeds were really comfortable as was the outside sofa area. The
Pool area was cleaned nearly every morning and was so
clean.
The views from the terrace and the infinity pool looking out
over Kalkan was beautiful, It was so nice both during the day and
on a night, we used to spend an hour every night sitting looking
out over Kalkan Bay with a G&T and a Tuborg.
Some of the other highlights of our holiday were Falcon Boat
trip, absolutely stunning Boat and great food and service. We had
some fantastic meals from Rose Restaurant, Yunis and his Mother
Rose were so welcoming. We also had Turkish Breakfast at Adam's
Place, it was superb.
