Casa Pery’s Premium Suites, Perivana and Calista, pair sea-view interiors with generous private terraces and open-air hot tubs overlooking Kalkan Bay. Perivana, Room 8, measures approximately 29 sq m, while Calista, Room 14, measures approximately 28 sq m; each also has a 14 sq m furnished terrace and sleeps up to two guests. Breakfast is included and served à la carte, while complimentary scheduled Studio Arch wellness classes are available for guests to book, subject to the weekly programme and availability.
Suite overview
Casa Pery has two Premium Suites: Perivana, Room 8, and Calista, Room 14. Both combine individually styled interiors with substantial private outdoor space and wide views across Kalkan Bay.
Inside, warm timber, pale stone and softly textured neutral finishes are complemented by botanical artwork and carefully chosen furnishings. Glazed doors bring the terrace and sea view into the room, filling the interiors with natural light.

Private terrace and hot tub
Each suite opens onto a private 14 sq m terrace with an open-air hot tub, comfortable seating and broad views across Kalkan's rooftops, harbour and bay.
The terraces provide ample room to settle outdoors, whether reclining beside the water, enjoying breakfast in the sunshine or watching the light change across the Mediterranean.
Perivana also includes a suspended seat as part of its individual terrace arrangement. Outdoor furnishings and layouts vary between the two suites.

Casa Pery welcomes adults and young people aged 16 and over. Maximum occupancy is two guests per suite.
The hotel is arranged across a tiered hillside site, with steps, terraces and changes in level throughout, and may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served à la carte, with a choice of three menus.
Complimentary access to the hotel's scheduled Studio Arch wellness classes is included. Classes must be booked and are subject to the weekly programme and availability. Private wellness sessions may be arranged separately on request.
