Casa Pery’s Standard Rooms, Nerina and Serafina, are well-appointed, individually designed double rooms. Sleeping up to two guests, they offer a serene retreat in natural tones, where tactile materials and soft Mediterranean light create a calm, understated setting. Neither room has a sea view or private outdoor space, making them well suited to guests who expect to spend their days beside the hotel’s pools, on its sea-view terraces or exploring nearby Kalkan Old Town. A generous breakfast is included, while the hotel’s partnership with ARCH brings a scheduled programme of complimentary wellness classes and experiences, available for guests to book subject to the weekly schedule and availability.

Casa Pery welcomes adults and young people aged 16 and over. Maximum occupancy is two guests per room.
The hotel is arranged across a tiered hillside site, with steps, terraces and changes in level throughout, and may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Board basis
Bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served à la carte, with a choice of three menus.
Complimentary access to the hotel's scheduled Studio Arch wellness classes is included. Classes must be booked and are subject to the weekly programme and availability. Private wellness sessions may be arranged separately on request.
