Sleeping up to two guests, Room 4 combines pale stone, warm timber and softly textured finishes with broad views across Kalkan Bay. Breakfast is included and served à la carte, while complimentary scheduled Studio Arch wellness classes are available for guests to book, subject to the weekly programme and availability.
Suite overview
Livia, Room 4, is Casa Pery's only Suite. Its open-plan interior is arranged across two levels, with the sleeping area raised above a generous sitting space and kitchenette corner.
Natural materials, pale stone flooring and warm timber detailing run throughout, while glazed doors draw the sea view into the room and open onto a furnished balcony.

Sleeping and living areas
The double bed occupies the raised section of the suite, reached by a short flight of internal steps. Timber bedside tables, pendant lighting and muted artwork continue Casa Pery's natural design palette.
On the lower level, the sitting area includes a sofa, coffee tables, television and suspended rattan chair. The added floor space makes Livia particularly comfortable for guests planning a longer stay or simply preferring more room in which to settle.
Kitchenette and balcony
A compact kitchenette corner sits between the sleeping and living areas, with a sink, worktop and breakfast bar seating for two.
Glazed doors open onto a furnished balcony overlooking Kalkan Bay. The suite is also positioned close to one of the hotel's larger shared swimming pools, although it does not have direct pool access.

Suitability
Casa Pery welcomes adults and young people aged 16 and over. Maximum occupancy is two guests.
Livia has internal steps between its sleeping and living areas and may not suit guests who would prefer accommodation arranged entirely on one level.
The hotel itself is arranged across a tiered hillside site, with further steps, terraces and changes in level throughout, and may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Board basis
Bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served à la carte, with a choice of three menus.
Complimentary access to the hotel's scheduled Studio Arch wellness classes is included. Classes must be booked and are subject to the weekly programme and availability. Private wellness sessions may be arranged separately on request.
