The building, like its surroundings, is steeped in history, and following a refurbishment of this wonderful property over the winter including the addition of a rooftop plunge pool, we now offer the opportunity to stay here.

Ground floor
The open plan ground floor comprises at one end a comfortably furnished sitting area with traditional fireplace and at the other a newly fitted kitchen and large dining table with seating for 6 guests. Double doors from the living area open to a large terrace furnished for dining, a lovely feature of this property in our opinion. Large traditional wooden windows to two aspects flood the space with light. The kitchen is fully equipped to self-cater, and has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedrooms
On the first floor There are two en-suite bedrooms on this floor, a twin and a double. Both have newly fitted shower rooms and traditional wooden windows that open to lovely views of the sea and beach.
On the secind floor you can find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room takes up the second floor and has doors which open up the Juliette balcony and a window at the front of the room which showcases the views across the beach and sea, bringing in plenty of natural light.
Outside
There is a large roof terrace furnished with comfortable seating as well as a plunge pool (New for 2021 season), offering wonderful views of the sea, beach and harbour.
Please note
Like many properties in the historic centre of Kalkan's Old Town, there is no parking at the property however there is roadside parking in Kalkan's Old Town (subject to availability). The Customs House is fully air-conditioned, has unlimited Wi-Fi, satellite television and a BBQ. The property is not suitable for young children due to the low windows and roof terrace. The balcony balustrades in some rooms are quite wide and we recommend carefully considering their suitability for all members of your party before you book.
