Recently featured in The Times as one of Kalkan's No1 Villas, we are delighted to be able to offer Villa Olivia in Kalkan’s beautiful Old Town exclusively to our guests. The property is in a very convenient location to enjoy the beach, harbour, boutiques and vibrant dining scene for which Kalkan is renowned; all just a 3 minute walk away. Offering spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests in 4 en-suite sea view balcony bedrooms and some fabulous outside space, this is one of our most popular Kalkan villas.
Living area
The open plan living area feels light and airy and comprises
of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, indoor dining area to seat 8
and a comfortable lounge area. Double glass doors open out onto a
spacious terrace with private pool accessed by mosaic steps.
First floor
Bedroom one is a well-furnished twin bedroom with ample
storage, a sea view balcony with rattan furniture and an en-suite
shower room.

Bedroom three is the master bedroom suite occupies the whole 2nd
floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed and king-sized sofa
bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. There are en-suite
facilities and two large furnished balconies on this level from
which to enjoy the magnificent views over the bay and beyond to
Snake and Mouse Islands. Please note: There is both a shower room
with cubicle, sink and toilet and also a separate bathroom with
bath tub, sink and toilet within this room. Within bedroom four,
there is another king-sized bed in this bedroom on the 3rd floor,
with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a
hairdryer. There is also access to the furnished sea view roof
terrace from this level which has a hanging chair, Jacuzzi and
table and chairs. This is the perfect spot for a sundowner.
Outside
The outdoor area subtly reflects Kalkan's historic
surroundings with marble mosaic terraces and stone facing on the
walls. By the pool there is an outside shower and a large area for
soaking up the sun on the cushioned sun-loungers provided. On the
other side of the pool a large rattan table and chairs shaded from
the sun is the great place to enjoy alfresco dining and drinks into
the evening, whilst taking in the views that surround the property.
Villa Olivia is recommended for guests who want to enjoy a relaxed
holiday in a very convenient location. This property now has a new
water filter system, table tennis, roof top Jacuzzi & a new
bathroom with bathtub.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
This Kalkan villa has a preferred Monday changeover day, however we are able to be more flexible on occasion. Please send us an enquiry for further details.

Villa Olivia , everything you could need was in the villa , beautiful views , amazing master suite . We stayed with two families with babies and couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

A very well equipped villa close to the centre of town, with great views from the bedrooms. Clearly the owner had paid special attention to the detail to ensure that everything was available and at a high level. A lovely villa at a reasonable cost for a maximum of 6 people.
Villa Olivia is gorgeous in every way. It's close to town center, has views to die for and beautiful touches to make it feel like home. Kalkan is just the right size with excellent food and lots to do and see. Sezen was very helpful and assisted us with a number of items. Umut was kind when we met the first night. We very much enjoyed our vacation.

Ideal for extended family get-together with close proximity to old town and facilities. Steep steps down to Villa make it unsuitable for anyone with physical disabilities. The furnishings on balconies are very comfortable and are ideal for watching the comings and going from Kalkan harbour and for a relaxing Kalkan sundowner or two.. The interior furnishings were very good. We particularly appreciated the water filter system for drinking water. No heavy bottles to carry. The air-con was quiet and efficient. The balcony furnishing was very comfortable, with beautiful views of harbour and bay. The kitchen was well equipped. A lovely comfortable upgraded villa ideal for extended family.
