The property provides spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The lovely outside space is a particular feature of the property with furnished roof and ground floor terraces providing several options for relaxing.
The prestigious Villa Sultaniye is a very special spacious villa with spectacular sea views, enviably located in the heart of Kalkan Old Town only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan's restaurants, harbour and beach. The 3 bedroom Villa Sultaniye offers panoramic sea views and all bedrooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy the vista. The villa also boasts a beautiful private freshwater pool and very spacious sunbathing area, again with incredible sea views. The sun terrace is furnished with tables and comfortable seating, ideal for an al fresco lunch or evening meal. This is a perfect open space to enjoy a Turkish breakfast, a light lunch or entertain with sundowners. The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout.
The Villa's interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style. Quality marble floors are standard throughout and rooms feature attractive interior limestone walls. The fantastically equipped kitchen includes everything guests would expect from a luxury holiday home.
Air conditioning is provided throughout all rooms (not just the bedrooms)! which can also be used to heat as well as cool. Guests of Villa Sultaniye can enjoy complimentary WiFi and pool towels are also provided.

There is 5 steps down to the villa entrance and the ground floor comprises a spacious, open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably furnished living and dining area with Bose music system and Sony TV. There is a shower room on this level with WC & hand basin and French doors open out onto the dining and swimming pool terraces.
A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor and the 3 bedrooms, all with contemporary en-suite shower rooms and sea view balconies. Two spacious double bedrooms provide ample storage space and are furnished with super king-sized beds. Both double bedrooms boast panoramic Mediterranean views. The third bedroom is a spacious twin bedded room (beds can be pushed together and made up as a double if required) with balcony and partial sea views.
Furnished roof terrace:
A private roof terrace to the property is furnished with sunbeds, outdoor kitchenette and wine cooler as well as bbq and chillout area for sundowners.
Outside is a large poolside terrace furnished with comfortable cushioned rattan furniture. The private pool is a good size and has plenty of space around it for guests to relax.
The covered dining terrace offers the opportunity for guests to dine alfresco by the pool side, and enjoys sea and mountain views.
There are car parking spaces for those wishing to hire a car though the property's excellent location means this is not necessary.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. This Kalkan villa has a preferred Monday or Saturday changeover day, however we are able to be more flexible on occasion. Please send us an enquiry for further details.
