Formerly known as Villa Mavi Su 2, Villa Bright Pillar 2 is furnished in a contemporary style and with spectacular Mediterranean views and private infinity pool. This 5 bedroom villa is a great base from which to enjoy the delights of Kalkan. Situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan and very close to a local beach club, Villa Bright Pillar 2 is fully air-conditioned and outside a barbecue and covered dining area offer opportunities for lovely meals cooked and enjoyed al-fresco!

The centre of Kalkan town is approximately 25 minute away on foot, or a 5 minute drive. It's also possible to use the water taxi available from the nearby beach club (a small charge may apply). Kisla bay has a number of beach clubs to choose from, including the renowned Mahal Beach Club. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the fabulous Mediterranean views. The kitchen has a clean white modern design and is well-equipped with all you may need to prepare some tasty meals for all to enjoy. There is an indoor dining area with comfortable upholstered chairs to bring everyone together.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa that creates an inviting space to watch the flatscreen TV or get stuck in to the latest novel. There is a small cloakroom containing a WC and a washing machine on this floor.

First floor:

Two double bedrooms are located on this floor - each with en-suite facilities and a sea view balcony with patio furniture. 

Second floor:

A further two double bedrooms are located on this floor - each with en-suite facilities and a sea view balcony with patio furniture. 

Top floor:

A spacious twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. Please note, that this room has a sloping roof so the height is limited in some areas. This room has access to a roof terrace with seating to enjoy the stunning views.

All bedrooms are decorated in fresh neutral tones with a minimalist feel, creating soothing spaces to relax and calm the mind.

Outside the villas:

The outdoor space benefits from a private infinity pool and terrace area with a large rattan swing chair, comfortable rattan seating and ample sun-loungers to fully enjoy the sun, as well as parasols when shade is required. An al-fresco dining area and BBQ are provided for creating memorable evening meals.

Additional information: 

The villa has Wifi which will be provided to guests. 

A weekly clean and linen change is provided (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

These villas are being advertised for sale as well as for holiday rentals. Wherever possible, any viewings will be scheduled on changeover days in order to minimise any disruption to guests, but on occasion, the owner may need to conduct viewings at other times. In this event, he will consult with the guests concerned in advance to make sure that any viewing appointments are arranged with notice and at a convenient time. Viewings will be by appointment only.
