Villa Kotti is spacious and stylish...a great place for large parties to relax and entertain. This five-bedroom property boasts uninterrupted sea views throughout and is in a great location on the Komurluk side of Kisla, close to Villa Mahal beach club which offers water sports, a bar and restaurant and boat taxis to Kalkan’s picturesque old town and harbour during the day.

Ground floor
An open plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounge area furnished with two sofas set around the flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow views across the pool terrace out to sea. Situated between the lounge area and kitchen there is a dining table to seat 8 guests.  At the rear of the living area is the kitchen, equipped with a central cooking island, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.  Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and a separate WC. Villa Kotti is air-conditioned throughout and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.
First floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is the first of Villa Kotti's two master bedrooms and covers the full width of the villa. Bedroom 1 has a super king sized bed, Jacuzzi style bath, and a partially screened wet room with shower, sea views and direct access to a very large furnished balcony with views across the bay.  Bedroom 2 is at the rear and has a double bed, en-suite shower room, direct access to two furnished balconies with side sea view.
Second floor
Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 - There are three bedrooms on the second floor of Villa Kotti. Bedroom 3 is the second master bedroom again covering the full width of the villa. Bedroom 3  has a super king size bed, Jacuzzi style bath, partially screened wet room with shower, sea views and direct access to full width furnished balcony with views across the bay. Bedroom 4 & Bedroom 5 are both located at the rear and have twin beds that can be converted to a double, en-suite shower rooms and each has direct access to a furnished balcony with side sea views.
Roof terrace
There are internal stairs leading up to a large furnished roof terrace with sea views.
Outside
Large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead out from the ground floor living area onto the shaded terrace with alfresco dining for 8 guests and comfy seating. Beyond the covered terrace is the pool terrace with a good size infinity swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols. 
Additional information
There is a small supermarket and a number of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Kotti and Villa Mahal Beach Club beach club is only 150m away. Kalkan's old town is a 5 minute drive away.
