With panoramic views over Kalkan and Snake and Mouse Island, Villa Çıra is a modern 3 bedroom villa which occupies an elevated position in the residential area of Kızıltaş, Kalkan. The villa benefits from sea views from all rooms and provides a spacious outdoor area for guests to relax in.

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area. The brand-new kitchen has all modern appliances and everything you need to self-cater during your stay. There is a dining area which can accommodate 6 guests and comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch the large flat screen smart TV. Full length doors open onto the pool terrace area. 
There is a separate WC on this level. 
First floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both en-suite. Both bedrooms have a corner sofa and open onto a shared balcony where you can enjoy the unrivalled views of Kalkan. There is a twin and a king-sized room on this level and both rooms have ample storage space. 
Second floor
On the top floor is the master bedroom - an indulgent room in which to relax and enjoy the views. There is a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower. The room boasts a sitting room with a flat screen TV. Patio doors open onto the top terrace which is the perfect place to watch the sunset and the twinkling lights of Kalkan come to life.
Outdoor space
The outside area is centred around a good size private infinity pool with a ledge where 6 sun loungers have been carefully placed. The extensive pool terrace area has an al-fresco dining area for 6 guests and comfortable seating areas too.
